We adopted our dog not even a month ago and she was kind of reactive to some other dogs so this was a great yard for her to get to run and play without any worries!

We came on a day that Melissa had blocked off so, there wasn’t anything out. She had messaged me twice before the appt to state this, which I didn’t even check until a couple days later. She was super nice and we will be going back soon! The yard itself was super nice and my doggo was very intrigued by the chickens next door. Amenities or not, we just love that there are spaces for the poopster.

The pups loved it soooo much, it was a great space!!!! They normally don’t care for water but they really enjoyed the splash pad ! There were a few chickens, cows, and a pup next door but I think they enjoyed it so much that it was a MINOR distraction to our pups who are normally very overly curious! Will definitely book again !

This was my first time visiting a Sniffspot and it was great. The fence was tall and only slightly see through in some very small areas. There's a little noise from a road behind the fence but nothing too bad. This area was secure and great for my dog Roxie to have some time to run around, explore, and play. The host was very kind when I arrived she was leaving and waved to us. She left out bags to pick up after your pet, a water bowl, water bottles, granola bars, toys, sun screen, and bug spray. I think these additions truly set this SniffSpot ahead of the game. As well as this the area was clean and my dog and I had a fun time outside today!

This is the first time I’ve used sniff spot, Martin’s Landing was perfect. There were balls for the dogs, toys, water, a water bowl, SPF for the owners treats, etc.. I plan to visit as often as possible. Thank you for your hospitality ❤️

My dog had a great time at Karrie’s place! There was plenty of room for her to run around and explore, while also having great spaces to chill in between ball throwing! There was a little trampoline that my dog loved getting up on. Karrie also provided complimentary water, bug spray, hand sanitizer, a few treats, balls, and a ball thrower, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone!

Karrie was great! Super helpful and responsive and left some fresh water for the pups and bug spray and such for us! Brought my own doggy pool but Karrie also has a kiddie pool you can use!

This is a great spot! There are toys, water, a hose, a big yard with plenty of room to run, poop bags, treats, everything you and your dog(s) need to relax and have a great time!!! Secure fence, very clean, highly recommended!!

This backyard is perfect for our dog, who likes to chase balls but doesn't know how to bring it back! It was big enough so our pup is tired out after 20 minutes of running around but small enough I can walk around to find the ball. The bug spray, dog toys and water bowls are all really nice touches! We will definitely be back!

Homeowner put fresh water out before arriving. Had missqouto spray and wipes out for dog owners. Nice yard for my rescue to walk around and explore. Perfect location and will be using often.

Fantastic sniffspot! They have a lot of different terrain for the doggies to play and explore: a lot of room under the deck, a grass area to play fetch, and a large forest/tree area too. Super clean and bonus points that they provide bags, balls, and water. Really great spot! As they stated, their property is along a sidewalk where people walk but the yard and fence is set really far back. I have a reactive dog, and he was totally fine because it is so far back from the sidewalk. Highly recommended!
