The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Bring your doggos to rip and run! Explore the scents, try out some new toys, and get the best exercise. There’s a big open field to play and train. There’s naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family. There’s a seating area provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property. This beautiful home is located in the exclusive family neighborhood, Oxford Oaks. It is fully fenced and during the hot summers I put out a kiddie pool or I can run the sprinkler! I will have water bowls for your pups, chairs, bug spray, dog sunscreen, dog treats and lots of toys for pups! 🐶 I will have the fence unlocked for you when you come, and you can just go straight back on the (*when looking at the house) left side of the house. Please be very conscientious when closing the gate you need to slightly lift the fence gate with your foot from the bottom to get it back in to the latch. Please don’t just try to slam it in. I will most likely just be inside so you can always text me if you need me to come help!

We built our house not too long ago. Our dogs love the backyard, and I hope your dogs love it as much. They can run up and down the stairs if they want. I have the blinds closed upstairs when Sniff Spot is in session. You can also park along the sidewalk that leads to the gate. I have toys and fresh water. and water bottles in a cooler for the parents. I provide wipes and hand sanitizer as well. Lastly, some relaxing music with some comfy chairs........ We did get flooded on the first floor due to the hurricane, so we are getting back to being done, outside some minor construction work.

Beautiful gated, large plot of land to let a dog roam and explore. We have a lovely winding trail around the outer edges of the property. There is a wetland area in one corner and a couple ponds with heavy brush surrounding them. There is a renter in one of the homes but they are dog friendly and aware of the visits. We have a couple covered structures to take a break from the sun and lots of oaks to stand under for shade. In fact most of the property has shaded spots throughout the walk which makes it very comfortable. The outer edges are surrounded by farm land and vacant property so it’s a peaceful experience. The front gate can be secured shut to offer a boundary and the perimeter of the property has a cattle fence all around. Any escape artists or dogs without solid recall could sneak through parts of the fence so off leash is only recommended to dogs that are more obedient. You can park inside the gate and shut it behind you for comfort. I bring my Doberman out often to let her run and roam this space and it insured me to offer the space for other dogs that need a good run in the world!

Hi, A green post will mark the end of the driveway. The designated dog area is fully fenced. Once on the property, you can close the gate to enclose the space entirely. Once you have passed the gate, please park to the right in the field along the fence line anywhere you like. Please note that our neighbors may occasionally have horses on their adjacent properties. Additionally, while rare, a small alligator has been spotted in the pond. So be mindful. The home at the back of the property is currently rented and not part of the available roaming space. While it may be visible, it is separated by a tree line and fence. We live off-site in Clermont. You're welcome to explore the entire property, other than the area where the house is located. There is a large open field with a pond, and the side of the property to the right after entering also has some trails available. The map provided outlines the designated area for roaming.
