The perfect place for your canine companions to have a great time. Our park is located in a beautiful natural setting, with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. We believe that every dog deserves a safe and fun environment to play and exercise in. Our dog park has a 2 acre 5 foot fenced-in play area that has an open area for running and a small forested area that is great for sniffing. There are some obstacles to explore , an area to play fetch and run free, and a waste disposal station. Some sun , some shade and lots of room to run, sniff and explore. Enjoy clean, fresh air while your dog romps, and explores . There are natural roots and rocks in the field, some brush and a large flat grassed area. It is a field so the ground is uneven. Whether your dog loves to sniff and stroll, do zoomies, climb obstacles or play fetch there are options for all. There is parking for up to three cars, with access directly off the road. We take pride in maintaining a clean and well-managed park, so please remember to clean up after your pet and follow our park rules. We live on a beautiful farm on the Mississippi River in the middle of Arnprior, Kinburn and Pakenham. Enjoy the quietness of the country with our very private dog park! Our field is fully fenced with 6' chain link fence, including a double gate to ensure that no dog can ever escape. Water is available for the dogs, and seating is available under our beautiful trees in the shade for you. As the fall starts to get colder and winter is upon us, we do plan to stay open for the winter. We plan to snowblow parts of the field so that there is a path when the snow gets super deep, and we’ll try to keep the area directly beside the barn clear for you. This is our plan… we’ll see how it works out in reality. :) If you have snowshoes, it may be a good idea to bring them some days depending on how much snowfall we’ll get. There is a bench around the tree on the far hill for you to sit on if you like. There are very few distractions here so it is a great space for play and/or training. This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Please note that the app uses USD, so expect a 30% increase due to the exchange rate. There are some burrs on the hill under the trees. New timeslots open up daily. Our Sniffspot is our backyard (attached to the house), which is about 1.5 acres of mostly open lawn... great for playing fetch or running at top speed! It is securely fenced with 5' fencing. There is seating, gazebo, dog toys, and agility equipment and a dog pool in the summer. In the winter there are plowed paths. A separate, 8 acre fenced field with walking paths is also available. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs welcome. VACCINES: All visiting dogs MUST be up to date on core vaccines (DHPP) or titer tested. We reserve the right to ask for a vaccine certificate. FOSTER DOGS: Foster dogs in rescue visit for free! Fantastic! We loved everything about Heather’s place. Our dog loved the splash pad and agility course, and the pool is great to cool off. There was fresh water for him to drink, and a lovely gazebo for us to sit - complete with sunscreen, bug spray, and some other pup toys for him to fetch or chew. It was quiet and tranquil and a wonderful opportunity to let our reactive pup run and play off leash. 100% will be back soon.

Another great hour with my dog and her most favourite things, variety of balls! At this sniffspot there is a small above ground pool and little fountain for your pooch to cool off in! Also a gazebo to cool yourself under! This is such a nice safe place to bring my dog!!

Our first time visiting the Kemptville sniffspot. Asia had a great time. Thank goodness for the sprinkler pool so she could get an occasional soak on a hot day. Will definitely return again when Asia comes for visits.

This was our first time visiting sniffspot. It was far more than what we expected. The area is huge, clean and gave my dog so much to explore. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. I even mentioned it was my puppy's 1st birthday and when we got there, we found a basket full of birthday hats, scarves and goodies for photo ops. We are planning on making this a regular activity for Jade. Thank you for everything. See you again soon!

This is a lovely spot to take your dogs! The large fenced yard is beautiful and comes complete with toys, a pool and splash fountain and agility equipment. The larger field is criss-crossed with paths - a fantastic place for your pooch to explore. Both the yard and the field are securely fenced. I highly recommend this Sniff Spot!

Today was my third visit to this spot and it keeps getting better and better. I just brought my younger dog with me today to check out the 8-acre field for the first time, and we had a blast running through the trails and playing hide and seek. Kazia also discovered the bungee ball in the small field and she really loved it. It's such a great spot for reactive dogs to get a chance to run free without fear of running into other dogs.

We had such a fun time as usual. This Sniffspot is always impeccable. I imagine it must take hours to cut the grass in the yard and all the walking trails in the huge field. So well maintained! Amazing property! The owners have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND providing an oasis for dogs! We brought our own toys and water, but they had everything ready for us (water, toys, agility training, even bug spray for the humans!). We would love to bring our dogs back regularly, they had a blast!
