No pesticides or chemicals are used anywhere on the property. Grass is doggy-safe! Only organic cedar mulch with no dyes are present. A bat house installed at the back of the woods helps control mosquitos naturally. Total lot size .67 acres; only the backyard is used for Sniffspot guests. Nearby traffic sounds are possible but not constantly present.

This is not a good place for aggressive dogs for this reason, and because our neighbors have a dog (visible through the fence). Guests may park in the horseshoe circle drive in front of the house (please don't block the driveway to the garage) and let themselves into the back yard using the wrought iron gate next to the garage and trash cans. Fully fenced in back and side yard with a brand new 6 foot privacy fence. There are three gates for easy access. A back patio with chairs, and you are welcome to the upper deck, as well. I will provide plenty of balls and dog toys. I will have a pooper scooper and dog disposal bags available. Plenty of shade and sun with many places to sit and relax. Feel free to use the hose and give your dog a bath! I will have shampoo outside by the hose, but I will not provide towels so you will need to bring those. We have a 2 acre fenced pasture behind the house. The grass may be long, however, will be occasionally cut so shouldn’t be crazy. Your dog and shoes may get muddy after rainy days. Please plan ahead. The fenced area is entered on the right side of the property through swinging gates. Owners of small dogs may want to be careful near the gates as the openings are large enough for small dogs to get through.
