55Thankfully host has a restroom by the pool cause I drove half an hour to the spot! Well maintained yard! Lots of space , my kid played with the basket ball hoop while my dog did her thing . It was raining when we went thankfully there are some patio areas to stay dry , found the water bowl for everyone to use and had access to the hose . Overall an excellent and safe spot to take your professional sniffers ! April N.
