We have a beautiful 2 acre spot right on the Colorado River here in East Central Austin. Our dog is living her best life here, and we thought, “hey this could be a great place for people To bring their dogs!” And we are here for it! You can walk the the perimeter of the property, which is a perfect 400 meters(1 track lap). Part of the trail is all along the Colorado River, lined with beautiful tall trees. Sit in the egg chairs or hammock in the trees or enjoy the ample yard art everywhere and there is seating everywhere! We are always looking to make this experience the best it can be and your next fav spot to bring furry friend. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. Fully fenced except the driveway which does not have a gate. Feel free to park on the driveway!

Welcome to our home! We are on .55 acres and plenty for your fur babies to sniff. We also have a pool they can utilize for an ADDITIONAL COST and a seating area for you moms and dads to hang out. The deck has seating for 12, a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv and surround sound to enjoy a show or music. Our back fence door leads to a small pond behind our home. If you choose to use our entrance, the pond is not fenced in but occasionally has ducks and other wildlife for your furbabies’ excitement.

Our first Sniffspot experience and it did not disappoint! The yard is adorable with lots of interesting places for the dogs to explore. The atmosphere is so peaceful-I could sit in this backyard for hours! What surprised me the most was all the thoughtful touches from the owner of the property- there were toys and a bowl for water. The rinsing station was awesome! We will definitely be back!

The photos don't do it justice. Stunning yard and loved the setup! We weren't sure if there would be enough space, but the layout kept the dogs entertained the whole time, and the yard was larger than expected. We all had a blast!

BEAUTIFUL backyard! Pups loved sniffing the wildflowers, looking at the fish in the pond, and exploring all the green space. Hosts provided bug spray, treats, water, and poop bags. Definitely will be back to this gorgeous oasis! Thank you!

Very nice backyard. Most of the yard is shaded. There are water bowls. I really like that they have 2 gates at the entryway to prevent excapes. The only potential downside, for the hosts, is of someone were to being large rambunctious dogs, they might break some of their decorations and potted plants.

My dog likes to mosey and this was the perfect yard for that! Lots to explore and smell without getting bored-it took him nearly the full hour before he was done. It was peaceful and a nice spot to relax in.

An oasis in Cedar Park! My dogs loved exploring all the plants and water features. My friend and I enjoyed being able to relax under the beautiful trees. This was a jungle for my little Yorkie!! He loved it and appreciated the no mow zone as he loves to frolick. The pond sounds and wind chimes made it relaxing for my partner and I as well. 10/10 would come again!

The yard was a dream, and my pups had so much fun sniffing around in all the plants. The owners left out some balls, bubbles, bug spray, waste bags, and a bowl for water, which were all much appreciated and very thoughtful :) The fence is secure for my small 20 pound dogs, with the only small gapped area able to be blocked by rocks. Sue's Sniffspot is wonderful! There's so much to explore and the ambiance is so calming. My dog had a great time sniffing in the "No-Mow Zone," checking out the Koi pond, practicing our recall, and working on some of our rally obedience skills. There is ample space to play fetch, shade, sitting areas, etc and the yard is well-kept. Sue has a "dream yard" and we'll definitely try to come back sometime. This is truly a gem!!

We spent about an hour and a half here and it was truly a beautiful place. The sounds of the running water with the features and the beautiful landscaping bring a bliss not often found so close to the city. We really appreciated the amenities,they provided everything we could ask for and more and one more plus,the host was absolutely wonderful and made this experience amazing for my furry family!

Sue's place was amazing!! My pups absolutely loved it! So much so that one jumped in the pond, which I wasn't expecting at all! Haha They spent the entire time taking in all the scents, and were obsessed with the huge tree and squirrels. The entire yard was clean, and there were bags and scooping tools available. There was a dog or two they heard barking but it wasn't a direct neighbor. I will definitely be back! Thanks Sue!

Amazing place for the pups. My dogs are kind of reactive so it’s so nice yo have a place that’s really stimulating and sensory based for them with the water and the pebbles. Sue provided some treats and toys complimentary as well. The weather and sitting space was incredible. Will be booking again
