If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. This is a secure, welcoming space designed to give both dogs and owners a fun, comfortable visit. Our yard is flat with a big tree to shade some of the yard, but still leaving a lot of room for your pup to sun bathe and play. On side of our fence is chain linked so pets can easily see into the other yards but is secure. The neighbor to our right does have dogs who may bark some, but there is a normal wooden fence and a chain link fence, so they will not be visible. For humans, we will provide a couple lawn chairs so you can relax. If you need any water or a restroom just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.
