Her group of dogs were really well behaved, and even our husky made a friend, he doesn't normal interact with dogs at the dog park. Swimming with our golden retriever and some of the resident pack was super cool as well. Had a blast and will definitely go back, it was a nicer experience than we typically have at the local dog parks, usually because we end up seeing uncontrolled dogs getting into fights. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
