Hi there, puppy lovers, hee hee. I’m right next-door to Jeff Caldwell‘s fence by Riverside subdivision of Townelake. Which means I live in Riada West with a lake in the backyard. There’s a sidewalk that goes around the lake and a open gate from my backyard that leads to it.

The backyard is completely fenced and private from neighbors and resident does not own any animals. The yard has automatic water sprinklers and grass is regularly mown each week. The bugs are killed via backyard insect zapper and ant mounds do not exist. Backyard has covered area with lighted ceiling fan and fence has solar outdoor lights.

We have a nice sheltered deck with seating, lots of kids toys, a cooler will be provided, dog kiddie pool and an area with Sunscreen/Bug spray/Poo Bags Provided

We have what I would concider a nice spot here. We live on a non fenced acre with the houses on both sides a good distance away. The acres behind and the one behind our neighbor dont have houses on them. Good view.

Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Feel free to use the hose by the pool or by the garage to clean off your pups! Carmopals front yard is a safe clean semi shaded private spot to play with your dog. I have several jumps and weave poles. There are three lights that you may manually turn on. There is mosquito repellent and poop bags in the brown box. There are dogs in the house so you may hear barking but no dogs along the fence line. Please enjoy and treat respectfully. I also have a pond at the bottom of the property. Every time I let my dogs out into the pasture, they act like its the first time and run around sniffing. Can't wait to share with all of you.
