55Marcy has a beautiful big backyard that the dogs were thrilled to run and sniff around. The tall fence makes the space very secure it feels very private. If you have any questions she’s very responsive. We had a lovely time and look forward to coming back.Elizabeth F.

55Our second visit was just as special as our first. Macy was more comfortable and explored more of the grounds today. Must have worn herself out as she is sound asleep next to me on the couch now. Thank you for your hospitality again. Scott P.

55Fantastic spot for a hot, summer day! Lots of shade and grass, and as always, Marcy set up the baby pool (and even resituated it when my dog was being picky). Already looking forward to our next visit!Anna K.

55Another wonderful visit for my dog to run and sniff and get her zoomies out! The yard is so clean and safe. Gives me peace of mind. An hour is plenty of time and my girl is tuckered out ready to go. So glad we found Sniffspot and Marcy's wonderful yard.Lori M.

55Amazing, beautiful spot! I brought my 60 lb golden mix and my 12 lb Chihuahua mix and they both had a blast. Marcy met us out front and was a very gracious and friendly host! She is obviously an animal lover and I loved hearing about her foster dogs.
The kiddie pool was filled and ready and was a muddy mess by the time they finished (meaning it was enjoyed immensely!). The entire yard is surrounded by a secure, wooden privacy fence and there was plenty of shade from trees and bushes. Ample space to run, walk, and sit (for humans and dogs alike).
Overall, a fantastic visit and I can't wait to bring the girls back for another romp!Anna K.

FAQ About Clemson Dog Parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 11% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Clemson area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 126 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 289 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
