Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. While I usually require advance notice, if you message me, and I'm able to immediately respond, I may be able to accommodate last minute reservations. The yard is fully fenced with stockade fencing on three sides and black chainlink along the back. Very small dogs may be able to squeeze out the back gate along the woods line, so please pay close attention. The yard has tons of shade trees and you are welcome to sit on the deck while your dog explores. The pool is extra, so please consider this when booking. You can add the pool time if you look under "extras". The pool is also fully fenced. There are chairs in the pool area as well! We will provide dog towels - please hang them on the pool fence when you are done. People are welcome to swim, but please bring your own towels. We do have life jackets that you are welcome to use, but you may want to bring your own so you a sure it fits your dog. Please do not allow your dog to potty in the pool area. Kids are okay, but they must be under direct adult supervision (over 18) at all times. Please know, for everyone's safety, we do have cameras in the yard.

Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered and ready to swim for an additional charge (see below”Extras”). The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. I reset the equipment every 2-3 weeks. If you’re not sure if the course map is current just ask! To access the agility field: Please follow the driveway straight back past the detached garage. There is a gravel road to take you back to the sniffspot. Please park along the fence line of the field in the grass- do NOT park on the gravel road! *If you have never taken agility classes or competed in agility before, please consider setting up a private lesson to ensure safety for you and your dog! Info can be found in the last picture in the listing. Puppies under a year should not be jumping too high or too repeatedly, and the larger pieces of equipment are dangerous for a dog to dismount improperly. And please, no humans on the equipment!* If you move or change the heights of any jumps, please put them back how you found them before you leave! Do not move the larger pieces of equipment (weave poles, dogwalk, a-frame, or teeter). AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced outside of the agility field and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! Please stay out of the neighbor’s property and out of the fenced in yard close to the house. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing pokey on you or your dog’s path! Be nice to the neighbors! And have fun!

I’m an avid dog lover- I foster local rescue dogs and I dog sit. I recently installed a fence around my yard and have experienced the amazing benefits that come with having a fence.
