This was our first SniffSpot and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kathrine was responsive, organized, and thoughtful. The land was perfect for our needs. We have one dog who loves to swim and one dog who is meh on swimming. We were able to go back and forth between lake and big yard to get the best of both worlds. We do have a fenced yard at home so it's not like we don't have our own green space but Kathrine's is so much better! The dogs enjoyed the water and we brought a Chuck-it with a lot of balls for them to run tired in the yard chasing balls. Please note the lake access is right outside the fence in case you have a highly reactive dog. We did not run into any issues with other dogs though and there is tons of land and space but this is an FYI to dog owners to still stay aware of the surroundings. It was overall a perfect afternoon and we will be back.

The pups and I loved this spot! I have 4 high energy mini healer mixes that do fine at dog parks with the exception of one who can get a little anxious at times, so I rather find a private spot when my partner is out of town and this one was awesome. Not only is the yard clean, spacious and beautiful, the hosts are very thoughtful and provide toys, water, first aid kit, bags, etc. We were able to pull right up to the gate which is nice when you're dealing with 4 excited dogs. We split our 1hr time from yard to the lake area and my dogs are exhausted now. We will be coming back and making this one of our regular spots!

Thank you for making your place available! Our 4 month old puppy loved it! We have a smaller yard, and yours was beautiful, serene and it wore her out! She was so happy to have the room to run free. And again it is very beautiful! We WILL be back soon and often!

I had a wonderful time with my German shepherd at this sniff spot. The owners were very friendly and well prepared. They had plenty of toys, emergency kits, etc. for the dogs to enjoy. The yard was large and had a lot of interesting things for the dog to smell. The access to the lake and trails was also amazing and provided a whole different experience for my dog to explore. He loved exploring around the shoreline and running on the trails. The area was well maintained and very clean. There was no trash or debris anywhere. My dog was in heaven and didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this sniff spot to anyone looking for a private and fun place for their dog.

My first Sniffspot experience was above my expectations! The backyard was beautiful and clean, with lots of room for my 2 dogs to run around in. My dogs loved it! The host had full water bowls, toys, bug spray, and wipes - very considerate! Behind the fence is Corps of Engineers land by the lake, so we took the dogs on their leashes for a walk by the water. I will definitely be back, great spot!

We had our first ever visit, to SniffSpot, at this gorgeous place. It's not even a .25 mile from our house (we have a small yard due to pool). My two small dogs were wore completely out after just 20 minutes and headed to the gate. This will definitely be our go to quiet place for our fur babies! Thank you for letting us visit.

My dogs loved this location as they stayed active the whole time. There was plenty of water, poop bags, toys, etc that are provided. Nice view of the lake for the human(s). Definetely going back.

Our first experience here was amazing! Our pups LOVED the room to romp and they had so much fun exploring the lake shoreline and swimming. The yard was super clean and the host had lots of extra goodies available to use if needed. We will definitely be back soon!

We love this sniffspot and more importantly, our dog absolutely loves this sniffspot. He will start whining intensely when we get off the highway and into the neighborhood. The owners are very nice and well prepared.

The yard was the perfect size, the view was gorgeous and it was well stocked with anything you’d need for play time and post play time cleaning. My dog loved it, and I really appreciate the option of him being able to have outdoor, off-leash play time as I live in an apartment myself.

Beautiful property! The backyard and lake view is very scenic as well as spacious! The neighbors have dogs on their property that may bark at yours for a bit but nothing too crazy. My girl did find a way to slip through the fence though so just keep an eye on your pup if they’re an escape artist! All in all a wonderful spot!

It was our first time and this was perfect for our husky! Toys, super clean water and environment and even a water hose to play in until he was comfortable to swim again! This will absolutely be our weekly spot for the summer!
