We offer hosted Birthday Parties and other events, with a Top Dog SF Team Member, for $300 per event, for a minimum of 2 hours. Non-Top Dog SF hosted dog party and private space rentals are $65 an hour with a minimum of four hours = $260. This allows you enough time for you to set up, have a two hour dog party and then clean up after your event. Please be sure to lock up the front door while you are using the space and when you leave. This is our first time at this spot. My dog, Kudo, enjoyed it. He even loved trying to chase the trucks that passed by hehe. The spot has PLENTY of room for dogs to run around, sniff around, and explore. There’s chairs and tables for the “humans” to sit back, eat, and relax. We brought our own snacks and drinks but the spot has its own as well with a cost. There are plenty of toys, poop bags, hand sanitizers, wipes as well. And a first aid kit. The entrance gate has a small dugout but good thing my dog did not really noticed nor tried to go out from there. There was some dog poop and I cleaned whatever I can find just to help, but it wasn’t that bad. We will definitely come back for sure!!! Thanks Nancy!!!!!

This Sniffspot has become a weekly outing for a friend and me--we both have dogs who enjoy getting together, but who are not good candidates for dog parks. This place is fantastic! The yard is huge with plenty of tables and chairs and shade around the property. There were doggie bags along the fence everywhere. They even had cold drinks and snacks for sale at reasonable prices with the money going to a nonprofit. Tons of toys and water bowls are available. If the weather is bad there is a little shack to sit in where there was a blanket and first aid kit. The owners have thought of everything! My dog loved it and we will be regular visitors!
