Dog Club is a private use, canine enrichment field (fenced) located on the beautiful campus of St. Richard's Episcopal Church in the heart of Winter Park (32792/Seminole County) - minutes from Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Winter Park proper, Maitland, and College Park. The Club field was designed (and is managed by) a local, professional dog trainer as a private use, dog park "alternative" where dogs can meet their exercise and enrichment needs off-leash in the company of their people ONLY while enjoying multiple amenities and activities. Private use visits combined with the location of field, entrance gate, and designated Club parking, as well as privacy screening of Club fencing, are designed to ensure minimal encounters with others dogs or people (within vicinity/outside Club). Private use/visits are limited to maximum of *3 "registered" dogs and 3 guests from SAME household per visit. Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. *Field use/visits by unregistered dogs, unregistered guests, and between dogs from different households is NOT permitted. The Club is NOT an open access dog park. *Limited exceptions to this policy may be considered - not guaranteed - by Club Manager and must be approved in advance by Club Manager. New guests and their "registered" pup(s) are required to meet with Club Manager on their 1st visit for a 5 minute orientation. Returning guests will - after their 3rd visit - receive a unique gate code for "unassisted" gate access as well as ability to contact Club Manager to open time slots within the restricted early morning & early evening schedules. The Club field is 1/2 acre, quiet, shaded, and fully-fenced (6 foot w/privacy screening). Restricted gate access: Existing members and regular/returning non-members (after 3 visits) are provided with a unique code for "unassisted" gate access. Great spot! It was clean and the fence was secure. We enjoyed using the playground and agility pieces, and the spot was just the right size for my 50 lbs Aussie. We also did not hear or see any other dogs while there. This spot is right up against a road, though, and my dog is skiddish with road noise, so initially (we got there around 9am), the trucks we sparse and it was a great place to use to desensitize him to the noise! But around 11, as more trucks came, he started to dart toward the fence asking to go home even though I thought he’d like to stay longer otherwise (it was his birthday so I didn’t force him to stay). My dog is a special case, though (road noise is his kryptonite), and this road isn’t really a busy one by any means, so certainly don’t let that deter you from coming to this great spot! Just a note for the owners of fearful dogs. I’m just planning to book an earlier time in the future.

My dog Winston had a wonderful time celebrating his birthday at this location! This was his first time on agility toys and he did sooo good! This place is prefect for a safe place to take your dog and work on some training. The amenities were great and there was a lot of enclosed space to run around in. Great experience! Clean and open place to run with nooks and crannies to sniff and explore. Borders low-traffic road. Fresh water from hose available. Distant neighbor firing at targets may be a concern for particularly sound-sensitive dogs but probably avoided with good day/time choices. I would not hesitate to return next time we are in town.
