Kuma and I had a great time. She spent some time getting used to the yard-- and then she ran like a crazy girl. This is a secure yard, big enough but not huge, and perfect for our purposes.

Amy was responsive and gave extra info regarding the winter state of the yard. If your dog is accident prone or gets into shenanigans easily, refer to the photos provided and see if it’s the spot for you— there’s a campfire pit and chicken wire under the deck. My dog enjoys the variety of small trees, the campfire pit rocks and going up and down the steps to the deck. It’s a yard that gets good use, so be mindful. Thank you for letting us come by, as we don’t have a yard right now! We will be back :)

Just big enough to let a couple hounds romp and spend some energy off leash. The yard was fenced as described, absolutely no issue for our pups (one medium and one large hound). Caren had the kiddy pool filled with fresh water, as well as another bucket of water. Several toys. A few shady spots too relax/play in as well. Our dogs will bark at other dogs barking, we heard another dog a couple times but the barking didn't last long. Lots of good sniffing areas. Our dogs had a good time!

This was a great spot for my dog! There was plenty of space to run around, lots of toys available, a pool with fresh water, and plenty of trees for shade and privacy. Ginger was an excellent host too. We will definitely be coming back here!

The Foofer and I enjoyed Summer's Sniffspot very much! It's clean, there was fresh water out, with the play area and interesting corners to sniff out. Plus bunnies to chase, lol. The fence is secure. The entrance and parking are very nice, easy to find and access. I showed him the couple gardens in front and told him to stay out, not a problem. I also really liked that there are chairs I can use. We played his game of HideNGoTreat, lots of places to hide treats, including a really cool tree. It's in a very convenient spot in Lincoln Park area. I made sure to clean up after him and put the chair back before we left. The next time I go, I will call out and clap my hands to alert bunnies before we enter, tho they're all plenty fast enough! I'll absolutely go again.

Our dogs had a blast with the chuck it toy Summer left out for us! Highly recommend this sniff spot. There’s always water and extra poop bags for the pups.

Off street parking. Beautiful large, peaceful yard which is clean, completely fenced in and has lots of good sniffs! Bowl of fresh water, Chuck It toy and extra doggie waste bags available.

Fresh water and ball throw stick and poop bags. All a plus. Big yard and tree for shade/drizzle protectant. Both neighbor yards has private fence but not the front or back. Some dog walkers in the neighborhood but fence contained my medium dog when dog walked by. Definitely would be safe for littler dogs too. The tree kept the drizzling rain away from me. my doggo doesn't mind the rain. Tongue test approved and grass taster approved. Parking in ally and where access is or can park in front but have to walk through parking lot to reach the back access point. Clean and mowed grass not many mosquitos.

Beautiful yard with a nice mix of sun and shade. Perfect size yard for my two hounds to explore off leash but still have them within my sight. The off street parking/entrance worked great for unloading two dogs. They had a great time!

Our little shih tsu puppy loved exploring the yard, and there’s plenty of running space for small/medium dogs! There is chicken wire that would keep medium/big dogs in, but our little shih tsu could definitely fit under the two spots that don’t go all the way to the grass. The yard is located in a nice neighborly area, and we really enjoyed our puppy time!
