One acre fully-fenced area for dogs to run and play. There is one parking space on the asphalt, and you are welcome to park anywhere on the grass. The driveway in is partially paved dirt. The grass can get very saturated in the wet season. There is 3+ acres un-fenced at the back of the property for exploring at your own risk. I cannot promise that this area is maintained during all times of the year but I look forward to improving this area in the future.

Fully fenced in large back yard with amazing screened in pool. The sides of the fence are 6ft PVC for privacy and the back is a 6ft chainlink so you can see the nature and the creek. There is another 4ft chain link area which I call the "Small yard" which is directly attached to the screen in pool area. This is how you will get into the pool. You will notice that I have "updated" one of my screen doors for ease of my dogs getting to the outside from the pool area into the small yard. There is a dog bed near the storage chest.

We welcome pups of all breeds and sizes and of course their humans too! Our dog, Marshall, lives for other dogs and you better believe he can be ready to romp in a snap of a finger (or paw) if he is invited. Dolly is the other resident dog, she is small and feisty! She is super fast and her version of fetch is chasing the fetcher with no intention of trying to get the ball. Play Ball! Dog Club is a private use, canine enrichment field (fenced) located on the beautiful campus of St. Richard's Episcopal Church in the heart of Winter Park (32792/Seminole County) - minutes from Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Winter Park proper, Maitland, and College Park. The Club field was designed (and is managed by) a local, professional dog trainer as a private use, dog park "alternative" where dogs can meet their exercise and enrichment needs off-leash in the company of their people ONLY while enjoying multiple amenities and activities. Private use visits combined with the location of field, entrance gate, and designated Club parking, as well as privacy screening of Club fencing, are designed to ensure minimal encounters with others dogs or people (within vicinity/outside Club). Private use/visits are limited to maximum of *4 "registered" dogs from SAME household per visit (with some exceptions approved by Club manager). Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. *Field use/visits by unregistered dogs, unregistered guests, and *between dogs from different households is NOT permitted (*unless approved by Club Manager). The Club is NOT an open access dog park. *Limited exceptions to this policy may be considered - not guaranteed - by Club Manager and must be approved in advance by Club Manager. New guests and their "registered" pup(s) are required to meet with Club Manager on their 1st visit for a 5 minute orientation. Returning guests will - after their 2nd visit - receive a unique gate code for "unassisted" gate access as well as ability to contact Club Manager to open "unpublished" time slots when available. The Club field is 1/2 acre, quiet, shaded, and fully-fenced (6 foot w/privacy screening). Restricted gate access: Recurring/regular guests (after 2 visits) are provided with a unique code for "unassisted" gate access. New and occasional guests gain '"assisted" access by Club Manager.
