Lovely spot. The water in the pool is nice and warm, unfortunately, my dog wasn’t used to a pool and was scared. The artificial grass was nice and my dog enjoyed that area and the tunnel. The place is clean and well sign posted.

Host is very considerate, reached out to me to confirm amount of towels needed for our visit. Easy instructions for parking and entry. Space is meticulously maintained, very clean. Our pup had a fantastic time! Will be back again.

This is such a wonderful spot. Parking is easy, access is direct and the set-up for humans and fur babies small and large is fantastic. Our pups had a great time. We can't thank our host enough for a great visit.

Easy direction on how to access area, separate enclosed dog run area to pool. Clean, safe yard, fence was secure. Love the water feature but the pool toys would fall down. Would recommend and go again.

Dogwarts in Fair Oaks exceeded ALL my expectations! The pool was absolutely amazing and my 9 month old Labrador pup had so much fun swimming. The water was clear, warm and sparkling and the underwater stairs were easy for her to navigate. She also loved the grass area with the tunnel and dog toys. The backyard property is so gorgeous and I can’t wait to go back. This experience was worth every penny. Thank you to Roy for offering your lovely pool and property to other dog owners.

This place was SO COOL for both dogs and humans. The host was absolutely wonderful, responsive, and this sniff spot is a total paradise! It literally has everything you need, very clean, and very well maintained. I have a 1yr old wild husky pup who gets overstimulated in these kinds of situations with other dogs around, so this private set up was perfect for him. He loved going back and forth between the pool and play yard and got a ton of energy out :) Absolutely would recommend! We hope to go back again soon!

Hosted my Service Dog's birthday pawty here, and it was absolutely perfect! The dogs had sooo much fun swimming & retrieving toys, as well as us getting to swim with them. The tables were perfect, as well as the nice little dog cot next to sun chairs. Thank you so much! We couldn't have picked a better place! We'll definitely be back!

Took our two dogs here. They have a nice pool with an easy walk in on one side, good for small dogs or those who are waders and a very nice separate area for playing. They have all you could think of from variation of toys to drinking water (including good strong toys for aggressive chewers and fresh water I will add!). My lab really appreciated the pool and our malamute the play area. 5 stars because they had a very nice set up and the only thing we really needed to bring was towels. Ben and Kaya say a big "thank you!"

This is one of our most favorite Sniffspots. Always clean and tidy. The pool has a nice Baja step where the ‘kids’ can wade. There’s lots of room to run and so many flowers to smell.

I think our dog wants to live here now. Cabo shelf in the pool was great for our nervous dog, who also loved sniffing every corner of the dog run area and actually the whole yard.

Roy was a great host. His instructions were clear and he was available to answer my questions via text. The space~ Perfect, beautiful! The quintessential dog park (when you are the only ones there), fully contained, clean and well thought out. The dogs had a blast chasing unfamiliar toys & trying to brave the tunnel, lol. The pool was amazing and the Cabo shelf definitely made our dog’s first introduction to the swimming pool a much easier transition. There is nothing better than watching a lab take her first plunge and realizing she just may have found something she loves even more than fetch & food put together! The Irish Setter wasn’t quite as enthusiastic, she was content hanging out in the shallow water with her ball. We all had a blast!! Only wish I would have booked more time!
