Visited today with a BIG group (14 dogs) and it was an incredible visit! The pups had so much fun running in the stream. Alma was so communicative and provided easy to follow instructions throughout. Like many others have mentioned, it’s a steep hike down and up from the stream but it was well worth it to go slow and take our time. Go early if you can, by 1pm when we were leaving the sun was blaring and the pups feet were all super hot from the ground. 100% recommend for big groups looking for an adventure!

Area was exactly as host described in the description. It was mostly dirt but clean, and my tender-paw dog did not have any issues.

We had an amazing time at choice of avocados! Huge space, with numerous shade for warmer days. Booking the private stream experience is a must! We spent several hours just chilling in the shades next to the water. For us humans it was a nice quiet experience while our pup couldn’t stop exploring in the creak and around it. We’ll definitely go back!

My dogs had an absolute blast! So much space and very safe. As others mentioned, if you do the creek, make sure you’re prepared. It’s the classic SD steep hiking slope. If you’re not used to it you definitely need hiking sticks. Good trail shoes are a must. It’s totally worth it though.

I booked pretty last minute and mine and my dogs name was on the welcome board! A great space! I was able to see my dog the whole time and I got to pick the citrus. The space is larger than I had anticipated. Great parking and easy to enter I'm excited to go back and use the mini pool, very thankful for the fresh bowl of water. My pup had the best time.

My puppy and I had such a great time playing by a serene stream in a secluded valley - it felt like another world! Not having to worry about some off-leash dog running up to us allowed me to focus on genuine play with my puppy in a new environment. This is a great spot for puppy’s getting used to moving water, or water loving dogs that love to explore. There are lots of hiding places to play hide and seek (great for recall) and sturdy rock to practice retrained recalls with lots of room to get a running head start. The disclaimers about the steep incline hike are very accurate so make sure you and your pooch are in good shape!

Beautiful property with tons of space for our 3 huskies to roam. Plenty of sniff spots as well, kept them busy the entire two hours we were there. There are some chairs and plenty of shade for all of the dog parents to enjoy. Also had water and poop bags easily accessible. Will definitely book again.

Fallbrook is about three hours from where we live, so we can't visit very often. But it's so worth it - our dog Mocha loooves this place. We tried out the creek hike this time around, and she was on doggy cloud nine. Zoomies everywhere!! And the creek was perfect for cooling her down in the summer heat. Alma gives great instructions that are pretty easy to follow. We had no trouble finding the property itself, and also found the creek with plenty of time to enjoy it. We booked 1.5 hours; I would recommend at least that much time if you plan to hike down to the creek. As others have noted, some parts of the creek hike are quite steep, and I would definitely recommend bringing hiking boots and a stick. We didn't have either, but a previous guest left an old bamboo stick on the trail, which worked well for me in a pinch. The hike is probably sketchy for couch potatoes with no hiking gear, but as demonstrated by me, a couch potato could do it with a makeshift stick. My husband was fine without boots or a stick because he is not a potato. Our dog, meanwhile, zoomed up and down the incline like four times in the time it took me to hike it in one direction. We had a blast!

Great big flat fenced in area, great for playing fetch!! Handful of trees for good shade during summer. Hose with water, kiddy pool and bowl so dogs don’t overheat. Our dogs had a great time

Great hike! the water trail add-on is a must if your dog loves to wade in streams. Just note that it is pretty steep sandy downhill hike so good shoes and maybe a walking stick would be helpful! I would also suggest at least 1.5hrs to get there, enjoy the stream with enough time to make the trek back to the parking spot. Hosts are very welcoming, provide detailed instructions and are willing to help you find your way if you need it. 100% recommend this spot!

We had so much fun! I had only booked based on what I saw but when I got there.I learned I needed hiking shoes and a walking stick would be helpful. We did the stream visit and it was downhill without much to hold on to. Our dogs had so much fun. I think at least two hours time would have been better. I would love some added way finding signage on property to make it a little bit easier on us.

One of the best spots! I love that there’s hiking trails and so much to explore around the creek! The hosts do a great job of communicating and give very clear directions. If your dog struggles off leash, a long line might be best given the sheer amount of land!

Cute area, with toys and the stick library is so cute. My pup was very intrigued by the chickens and enjoyed watching them.

Luna and I had an absolute blast! She sniffed every part of the large property. They had water and toys for us. Lots of cool things to explore. Luna would love to go again and we will. Thanks guys!

My pup and I had the best time! It was wonderful being able to let her run free in a safe environment. Alma was super helpful and made sure that my pup and I arrived safely and had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property and the hosts were very responsive and helpful with all the information one needs to find it and have a wonderful visit!!! We took our two Great Danes on the creek hike. It was about half a mile in, with some decent hills. I have mobility issues and it was very challenging for me, but we took it slow. The creek area was very lovely and the dogs enjoyed splashing in the water! Thank you so much for sharing your space with us!

The place is awesome. Great way to treat our girls to an open space leash free. Plenty of running space and great views. Alma was awesome and easily accessible for questions. Our girls loved it. Our oldest lab mix has arthritis and so the trails were a little rough for her. Luckily the paths do have shade and pit stops for a break when we needed it. We are definitely happy we booked for more than an hour. We look forward to trying the stream next time.

My babies and I love walking through the shady and beautiful trail on the way down to the creek. The views are also truly incredible. Paid for my pups to have some fun but we all ended up enjoying it.
