Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos.

Enjoy our fully fenced backyard with grass and concrete for your pups to run around freely 🙂 Canopy with chairs will be provided during hot sunny days. Water hose is free to use for pups that enjoy water play. Toys, poop bags, water bowl and treats also provided. Private area with no one around to bother you.

🌼 Welcome to The Doggy Zen Garden! 🌼 Our backyard is perfect for your pups' oasis getaway! There is ample, non-permitted parking alongside the house. There is street sweeping every 2nd and 4th Wednesday between 8:00 am - 9:00 am. Follow the trail and enter through the white gate on the right side of the house. Enjoy the immaculate, beautiful landscape in the backyard as your pups, big or small, play on the grass, completely fenced and safe, with lots of spots to sniff and explore. Relax under a shaded wood patio cover with a built-in fan and listen to the calming sounds of the water fountains. There is a poop bag dispenser mounted against the wall in case you run out or forget to bring your own. Also, we have hand sanitizer available. We have trash cans right around the corner for you to dispose of any waste. We have an outdoor water bowl in case your pups get thirsty and a garden hose to replenish the bowl. Feel free to use the outdoor table, umbrella canopy, and lounge chair for your leisure. We provide WIFI! Please let us know in advance if you need to use it. Return outdoor furniture to its original place with the covers on. Towards the evening, you can sit around and enjoy the built-in fire pit. There is an electrical outlet on the side of the fire pit. Please let us know in advance if you decide to use this specific feature. We may or may not be home on the weekends. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! Rent the fully-fenced JRB K-9 training yard / agility course. In addition, Jesse R. Booker, founder of JRB K-9, is available to offer free training tips during your dog’s play time, if interested. Relax under the shade of our mature oak tree as your dog runs, plays and explores. You’ll also have access to our Wi-Fi and chilled bottled water. We have dog toys and water bowls, all washed and sanitized between guests. You have free use of the agility course to help build your dog’s confidence or for additional mental stimulation. During the summer months, we provide a shallow pool for those water-loving pups. JRB K-9 is a behavioral dog training facility with overnight boarding, so there will be plenty of new smells to stimulate your dog. Dog’s on-site will neither be seen, nor interact with your dog. No training sessions will take place outdoors during your visit. Street parking is available on site and we ask that you pick up after your dog when finished – a trash can is provided. Enter through the front gate and please always make sure the gate is closed and secured after entering, and before your dog is off leash. Thank you!

Welcome to our Sniffspot! Our property is located on a sprawling 1-acre land with plenty of space for your furry friend to run around and play. We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. ( 1st dog is free. After that every other dog is an add on). Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Our Sniffspot is perfect for dogs who love to play and explore in a safe and secure environment. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our Sniffspot!

Easy no-contact access. There are two gates available to enter by, both visible and easy to access from the front yard. This is a dog’s dream, with multiple levels, water play in a resort style pool, fruit trees and flowers galore. Come play or splash in this fully fenced yard off La Tuna Canyon in Los Angeles. SPOT/POOL RULES (please read) *This is a private session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times. *Two pet parents per dog, please. Additional humans can be added as an extra. Children are not allowed on the site for safety reasons. *The deep end of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pets & humans swim at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any liability as there is NO lifeguard on site. *Pet parents are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but are asked to primarly remain on dry ground. Please note NO BATHROOM is provided. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet parents. *Please bring your own towels. *Pool is professionally cleaned by the pool cleaning company every Tuesday and there might be pool chemicals. * Before going in the pool please use the provided deshedding brush on long-haired breeds to keep the pool clean. We live in a quaint neighborhood and have a beautiful pool for dogs and their humans to swim together. We have a nice sized shallow step and a step that circles both sides of the pool, Perfect for first time dog swimmers! We have an animal rescue, boarding, and training facility. You will see and hear other dogs most likely. They will not be in the park when you reserve it for your dogs. The dog park is 1/2 acre and fully fenced 6’ chain link with snake fencing as well.
