This is an absolutely beautiful homesite with a stunning and very well maintained pond, (suitable for any discriminating canine). The pond takes up a lot of the acreage mentioned in the SniffSpot listing. I even called it a lake, which tickled the owner. My Lab took to the water without hesitation. The toy that I brought sunk to the bottom first toss and the owner was kind enough to loan us a floating duck, which my girl appreciated. The location is quite a drive from Tallahassee so I suggest you gas up and use bathroom facilities before you arrive. If you have a dog that forages be advised that the beautiful landscaping includes azalea, which is toxic to dogs. My Lab was too busy playing in the pond to pay attention to the azalea but I kept an eye on her. I didn't notice a picnic table so perhaps bring a blanket to rest by the water while you watch the dogs play.
