Fore Paws: quiet side yard near JI Muni Golf Course

Centrally located behind the municipal golf course, this spacious side yard gives doggos plenty of room to run and play in the oak leaves. This area is separated from the backyard and front yard, where you can park and enter directly through the gate. Like any James Island neighborhood, there are other people, dogs and the occasional chicken passing by (but they’re all hens and don’t get too close to this space). We look forward to hosting you and your dogs!

Fully fenced for your sniffs!

Smallish, fully fenced yard with plenty of sniffs and enough room for fetch. Currently, one neighbor has a dog that could be out but is inside the majority of the time. And he’s very friendly. My dog is also reactive so it will be inside or off property when spot is available. Don’t mind you hanging out on the deck while you’re here.

Small working farm on Johns Island

I have had my spot mostly closed for a little while due to family issues. I have started to open the calendar up more and more, however. If you don't see any time open on the day you would like, message me, and I may be able to accommodate you and open your desired time slot. The property is a small working farm on Johns Island with goats, chickens, geese and ducks. There are 20+ acres of undeveloped land. Approximately half of it is fields that aren't currently planted. Some of the fields are cut low and some are high grass with lanes cut through them. The other half of the property is woods. There are also several ponds. The property is perfect for training dogs to track or retrieve or just to let them explore.
