It is securely fenced with 5' fencing. There is seating, gazebo, dog toys, and agility equipment and a dog pool in the summer. In the winter there are plowed paths. A separate, 8 acre fenced field with walking paths is also available. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs welcome. Enjoy clean, fresh air while your dog romps, and explores . There are natural roots and rocks in the field, some brush and a large flat grassed area. It is a field so the ground is uneven. We live on a beautiful farm on the Mississippi River in the middle of Arnprior, Kinburn and Pakenham. Enjoy the quietness of the country with our very private dog park! Our field is fully fenced with 6' chain link fence, including a double gate to ensure that no dog can ever escape. Water is available for the dogs, and seating is available under our beautiful trees in the shade for you. As the fall starts to get colder and winter is upon us, we do plan to stay open for the winter. We plan to snowblow parts of the field so that there is a path when the snow gets super deep, and we’ll try to keep the area directly beside the barn clear for you. This is our plan… we’ll see how it works out in reality. :) If you have snowshoes, it may be a good idea to bring them some days depending on how much snowfall we’ll get. There is a bench around the tree on the far hill for you to sit on if you like. There are very few distractions here so it is a great space for play and/or training. When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. This is just simply the best place to visit and just let dogs be dogs. So many things for them to do from agility, to a two pools (one to swim and a little one to wade or lounge), to the trails in the fields, along with an abundance of toys to play with. Seating for the two leggers in the shade if you want to sit and visit. Even bug spray left out for your use. It really is a doggie haven!

This is my/my dogs dream yard!! And so beautifully kept, and so many touches to make this truly the best experience. We booked 2 hours so I was planning on doing an hour in the yard and then exploring the trails for an hour. Amazing well kept welcoming spot! We had a great time with our French Bulldog mix! Lots of room to run and play. It was great having the kiddy pool so he could cool off, he really wanted to get in the big pool but he is still a little nervous of water. Also having all the toys, water and bug spray available was a great bonus. We never even made it into the big field with trails because he was having such a blast in the yard and tired himself out. We will definitely be back!
