this was my first time using sniff spot and my 7 year old calm husky LOVED this large land. she was running around and tiring herself out. she didn’t care too much for the pool or slide (most huskies are serial sniffers) so she was mainly nosing around. she even got to meet the neighbor’s friendly dogs and HORSES!!! the owner was incredibly kind and left drinks, bug spray, sunscreen, and wipes for the humans. i was able to use the restroom before i left. she put out toys, a filled kiddie pool and filled container, slide, towels, and poop scoop with trash for the doggies. this was totally worth the 1 hour drive there and back. i got to practice reinforcing my dog’s attention when off leash, and watch her have so much fun while i tanned. thank you!! i also made a video review for fun! https://www.instagram.com/reel/DLd6E2PNbwj/?igsh=MWx5c2Fmcm5xeHpteg==

This is by far the best sniff spot we have discovered! Clean, spacious, with doggy pool, plenty of toys and fresheners for humans, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My two pups absolutely loved it and we will definitely be repeat customers! Thank you for letting us experience this <3

This is the best spot! Hands down, set the bar high for sniff spots. The doggy pool was filled for us and there were nice chairs under a shady tree for us humans to chill at while our dogs had a blast!

All of the great reviews for this yard are so well deserved. To provide drinks, towels, bug spray, and sunscreen is going above and beyond and such a sweet gesture. And to top it off, my dogs had a blast. Will be booking the next one soon, well worth it. Thank you Teresa!

Had everything needed to enjoy your time as well as the pups enjoying theirs. Comfortable seating in a shady area. The yard was clean, had a doggy pool with fresh water, and plenty of extras such as toys to play with. Will definitely be back.

Our first sniff spot and set high expectations for sure! It was perfect and Teresa thought of absolutely everything! Our pups LOVE the pool to cool down in after running around. There’s some trees for shade and even spots for us humans to sit and watch the pups play! There were some dogs out on the neighbor’s land but they were super friendly. The fence was definitely secure enough everywhere including by the gate. They had truly created the perfect spot for pups to play and explore!

First time and it was wonderful. My 2 labs ran, played in the pool and were pooped afterwards. Will definitely be back! Thank you for a great set up!

Great location and wonderful care! She fills up a kiddie pool and provides towels. Lovely to walk around the property and think while the dogs enjoy all the smells and sights.

We absolutely LOVE this spot. It’s a 45 minute drive from our house but so worth it. Our dogs enjoy running through the yard. They have tons of fun with the toys and pool. Also, very grateful for the water bottles in the cooler that were left out for us. This was our second time coming here and definitely not our last.

Beautiful and huge, with a cute little pool and doggie stairs/slide, too! There's chairs to sit and Teresa generously provides water and juice drinks in the cooler. It's a fantastic spot, so much space to run run run and it's kept really clean.

Teresa’s land was everything we could of hoped for. Our dogs were able to run with no worries of them getting out of the fence. She had everything we could of needed and more. We would HIGHLY recommend to check out her spot, it’s safe secure and well taken care of. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time on this property! Very thoughtful host with lots of toys, plenty of fresh water, and seating for owners. I was a bit apprehensive because of the reports of livestock+dogs on adjacent properties, but the fencing seemed quite secure and it was fairly easy to redirect my dogs away from the other animals. However, if you have a more determined dog with a history of climbing or jumping fences, I would avoid this location, just to be safe.

This is the only Sniffspot I go to now. The property is beautiful, clean, HUGE, and is a good space away from the city. Host provides SO MUCH for pups and owners to enjoy: toys, water, towels, bug spray, sunblock, chairs, a doggie playhouse. Honestly, sometimes I book for the pups because Im the one who needs to clear my head and get fresh air. The pups never wanna leave and they come back happy and exhausted. I will continue to come back regularly!

Fantastic host, fantastic land. Amazing environment. Just absolute heaven. Great place to let your dogs wild-side come out and let them run free without worrying about them going too far. Land is fully fenced with an automatic gate, two dogs are seen in neighbors yard but my dogs typically ignore them. The absolute cleanest yard I’ve ever seen too. The host leaves complementary sunscreen (lotion and spray), bug spray, tweezers to get anything out of pups fur (they have a few cacti near the very back of their yard), towels, two types of lawn chairs, dog poop scoop w/ trash, a picnic table, and bone shape kiddy pool. This is my second time coming here and it’s about an hour to get here but it is absolutely worth every single mile, not only for my pups but for me especially. Beautiful, quiet place to temporarily rid yourself today’s distractions and be closer to nature. Where do I even begin with the host!? She is absolutely fantastic! She is genuine, sweet, kind, and understanding. It was honestly an honor to be a guest here lol. I’ve been to many different sniffspots, this is by far my one and only choice. Keep up the fantastic work!

Another awesome visit! Teresa's property is so pretty and well maintained, we love coming here! Fencing is secure, there are shady spots, and lots of toys!

We brought 5 dogs and 2 kids who thoroughly enjoyed the space. Can’t wait to come back when we visit the area again!

The place was beautiful & there were a lot of amenities included! I definitely would recommend and would come back with my 3 pups 💛💛
