Pretty straightforward flat lawn. If you want us to fill the dog pool let us know. There are dogs adjacent, but the fence keeps them out of the yard (with limited visibility). Lawn is serviced by pest control to bugs minimized. We can provide toys, water, and cheese treats if needed.

Shady Oaks Retreat 10+ Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park - Leander
