Peru'vn Around Ranch Private Dog Park In Bellvue

Fully Fenced
18 acres

18 acre ranch with beautiful landscape, views of horses and occasionally wildlife depending on time of day. You are welcome to pet the horses but do not feed. Please do not allow your dogs to growl or charge the horses (even though they are behind fences). All the horses are calm and easy around dogs, which we need it to stay that way. We have a fully fenced area roughly 10 acres with mowed paths for walking. You are welcome to walk thru the field if desired. There are random balls and toys in the field for use, water is available and if we are home during your visit should the restroom be needed we will honor use of that. Most days there is a bin with free dog food and/or treat samples. You are welcome to bring agility or equipment and toys each visit if desired or practice nosework. We are also open to hosting groups, such as agility, nosework or trainers who need a large outdoor space that is fully fenced. Off street parking and can accommodate large vehicles. Small dogs are welcome, do note the fencing is graduated so depending on size of dog, some real tiny ones who are escape artists may not be the best fit. Thank you for considering spending time and enjoying our property as much as we do.

Daniela's 17 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Conifer

Fully Fenced
17 acres

Come walk 17 acres of mixed terrain, sweeping meadow to rock outcroppings to wooded areas. This area is mostly fenced in with a few holes in the fence. The fence is a welded mesh type with some portions being straight wire for deer access. We have 2 friendly dogs that have no recall and therefore only have access to their dog run, they will be kept inside the house during reservations. We also have a small chicken coop and run located next to the house. Please be aware some wildlife (black bears, deer, elk, turkeys and moose) may occasionally be around. Wooded areas have blown down trees and some firewood processing areas. Feel free to park in front of the large garage once there you can access the wooded area through the green fence (pictured) to the left of the entrance of the property. To walk through the meadow you can walk through the gate to the right of the house or walk behind the garage where most of our equipment is located. ** Every 5th visit earns you a special discount as a thank-you for your continued support. If you’re booking your 5th stay and haven’t received a message from me, please reach out before booking. I’ll provide you with a discount code to use on your reservation. We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to hosting you again soon! **

Hummingbird Trails - 15 Acres of private trails in Conifer, CO

Unfenced
15 acres

Hi! Sorry for the inconvenience - We have reservations on hold until we get the trail system fully marked and a few things set up for guests. Message me and I can keep you informed as soon as we’re ready to go. Hope you’ll visit our enchanted forest in the mountains! We have 15 acres of trails (2 miles of different trail loops) that run through our property, including a narrow seasonal stream with a trail running alongside (the stream runs strong in the Spring and begins to dry up in July. It will run again if there’s been a lot of rain). We use the trails for dog walking, hiking, and mountain biking. May-September we have hundreds of hummingbirds zipping through our property. The trails are considered intermediate: easy in parts, and intermediate in parts, with uneven Colorado rocky terrain. The trails wind up and down the side of the mountain and empty into the forest and the meadows. This property is not for everyone - it’s very natural. The trails are in great condition and it beautiful, but there is a wild element to it, similar to any park in the area. If you aren’t sure how your dog will react, keep them on a leash until you’re both used to the trails. We will try to keep the trails available in the winter for snow shoeing.
