Welcome to “Pep’s place”, Santa Rosa’s premier Sniffspot location. Located in the heart of Santa Rosa “Peps place” offers more than 1.25 acres of fully fenced dog Paradise. Dedicated to our late great German Shepherd Pepper, this was her favorite spot to chase a ball. We are always upgrading our amenities so for the month of October we will have pumpkins and dog Halloween costumes. Come have a fun photo shoot!

Approximately 5 acres of sloping, pasture-like land located at the top of a hill. This upper portion is available to run your dog. We share the land with turkeys, foxes, raccoons, possums, deer, coyotes, and bobcats. These loveable wildlife are generally only out at dawn, dusk, and after dark. Your dog must be well-behaved and listen to your commands not to chase these residents. We also have beehives back in the trees and ask that you and your dogs avoid this area for your safety and the safety of the bees.

There are great dog walking opportunities very close by. Parks and trails with a few minutes walking if you want to venture out from my doggie friendly hang out space. I’m just getting started with doggie visits to my yard as I work on my space making it an interesting place to spend stress free time with your Furbabies.

Beautiful, fully fenced 1/2-acre dog park in Windsor. Located on our 5-acre private property, your dogs will have plenty of space to run freely and safely.

Fully fenced open field experience to walk, run, and sniff! You will also have a beautiful new shade structure for your use with seating, a table, and water spigot. This open area is great for active pups to get a free run, walk around the perimeter, or fetch super long ball throws! Your pup can jump on the large boulders and run to their hearts content. Perfect for off-leash training. Large oaks line the East fence and a winter swale will have water after it rains. Beautiful sunsets to the West over the vineyards, Mt. Jackson and the Coastal Range. Neighboring properties have horses, sheep, cows, and dogs. Please discourage your pup digging around the pavilion and trees. Parking is at the top of the property. Nearly an acre of lush grass and wildflowers in a pear orchard. Brand new fencing and gates, secure the entire property. A freshly laid gravel driveway and parking area is provided along with various seating areas, and a hose for washing off the mud. This is a working orchard and farm in winter there is ciderand stored apples for sale along with preserves. Message me if you are interested and I will let you know what is available.

There is a fenced in backyard that would be secure for a large dog but a small dog could find a way out. I have a large water bowl and hose for fresh water. Poop bags/shovel available There are three different walks or trails. Two are rather steep terrain and one is short but mild. Off leash is ok but deer can be present at times so know your dog. I’m almost always home and always available if you have any questions! Easy to park

Tuffs doggy ground is full of acres you can walk run explore and best of all even stay cool with our year round criver. That's what tuff call a creek river. We love our place so much we wanted to share it

I have 3.66 acres completely fenced, with multiple different areas that have table/chairs and off the ground dog beds. It is 1/3 mile to walk around the perimeter with animal trails around most of the borders. There are two water faucets in the entry way with a hose and two children’s swimming pools, dog toys and treats, and a dog waste station. Lots of photo ops with garden art, birdbaths and yard flags. Amazing views of the mountains, Clear Lake and Mt. Konocti around the property, especially on the hill. The pond in the property north of mine has an Osprey nest and you can see them flying over to the lake to fish. Lots of birds and wildlife visit the property. My lower area did have a seasonal pond last winter. The property is truly a peaceful sanctuary for dogs, and their owners.

Come visit our little hillside clearing in the woods! You’ll have the run of about 1.5 acres of mixed terrain, including wild meadows, a seasonal creek bed, oaks, redwoods, blackberries, fruit trees, some native landscaping, and a long gravel driveway that runs the length of the property. ✨It’s magical✨ ⚠️But please read our Spot details carefully and be mindful of the downsides too: 🌲 We mow and cut back growth every week in the summer but this is a natural woodland more than a suburban yard. 🦊 Foxes, deer, and owls live here! They’re not active during the day when you visit but tick precautions are advised for pups and people alike.
