Welcome to Pondside Paws Park, located in a quiet valley 15 minutes outside of downtown Asheville NC. Here you will find a peaceful, fully fenced in half acre lot with a pond for your pups to swim, romp, sniff, play and have a great time. For those more adventurous dogs, there's even a dock for jumping into the pond! There are opportunities for enjoying the pond regardless of your dog's age or exercise ability, as there is a shallow area with tall grass for wading and splashing, and a deeper area for swimming. The slope of the land is gentle for those older dogs as well- this spot is suitable for dogs of all ages and abilities. For the humans, we have several seating options including a picnic table and 4 chairs under a shade sail. Bug spray, sunscreen, fresh drinking water for the dogs and a tote full of toys is also provided in the weatherproof storage shed next to the seating area. Waste bags are available if needed, although we appreciate people bringing their own, and there is a waste container located at the entrance, next to the kiddie pool that is used to rinse off muddy paws. It's recommended that you bring a towel to dry them off before getting back into your car. We hope you enjoy the spot and leave it as you found it for others to enjoy as well.

This is a large private field that is tucked just a short distance from downtown Hendersonville one block from the Hendersonville Community Co-op and not far from Flat Rock! This spot Less than 10 minutes from Exit 53 on I-26! Making it the perfect place to stretch your legs before traveling on! It has everything you need: - Flat- though the ground is uneven - Drive in access so you can park inside the 12" gate into the fenced area with your pets and close the gate behind you - A custom built gazebo for shelter from the sun and rain - No drive by traffic - No people walking by - Full view of your pet while they run and play! - Games for people and dogs are already onsite! - However, Please remember extra water for you and your pets. I am passionate about helping dogs and this is my fourth Sniffspot and I will do all I can to make this one just as enjoyable for the responsible pet owners closer to Henderson County!

11/2 the fencing has been repaired. The neighborhood is not ready for traffic but we will be ready to open when they are. 9/28- heavy damage due to flooding. Closed until I can rebuild. Sites 1, 2, and 4 are open for your pups and your continued patronage would be a great help to me and this site. Access is possible to those sites. Thank you for your understanding. Have you ever wanted to run your dog on three football sized flat fields? This is your chance. Located behind UPM Raflatac in the cane creek industrial park this huge spot is the third one we have built. It’s been designed for complete privacy for you and your pets. No drive by traffic no people walking by, just you and your kids on 4 flat acres. It’s perfect for all ages of dogs and their humans because of the terrain! If you are up for an adventure, we have cut in a small trail to access Cane Creek. It is part of the same property but is NOT fenced in any way. If your pup enjoy off or on leash hikes, then feel free. The trail is outside the fenceing look for the silver gate across from the Gazbo. It is an out and back path with two small hills about a 3-5min walk in the woods. This area is not fenced. A picnic table, gazebo with swing, hammock and umbrella, are located here for lots of seating and shelter. Some toys are provided and even a game of horse shoes for humans! I think a Remote Control car or a drone, a mountain bike might be really fun to bring or even a Remote Control plane. This spot is actually part of the old Fletcher airport. All I want in life is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Enjoy!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF BEARS! I have had a bear in the back yard a few times recently. They jump fences! If you need a better idea of where it is, it's within walking distance of the East Asheville Farmer's Market, Library, Fire Department, and Wells Fargo. I'm also close to Bull Mountain Rd. A few Announcements: While I make every effort to ensure that my roommate and other guests have cleaned up after their dogs, I have occasionally been informed that they have not. So I must now update the description accordingly. I welcome you to partake of my beautiful backyard in a peaceful neighborhood- as long as you are aware it is possible there is occasional dog poo. Also be advised that if you are extremely sensitive to poison ivy, be aware there may be some in some parts of the yard. If your dog is a curious sort, be aware that there is some yard equipment being stored under the deck and this area is open and not blocked off. I cannot anticipate every guest's need, but I am happy to offer my yard for a small fee to those who understand what is being offered. Thank you! Also, if you should happen to encounter my neighbor in the back left of the yard, please be advised he is unfortunately a little senile and has been known to be a nuissance to several of his neighbors. I don't want to scare you off, as we love our yard and will continue using our yard in the ways we see fit. If his (small) dogs come out while you are there, please be careful with your dogs, and please take anything he says with a grain of salt-, he unfortunately sometimes behaves like your classic grumpy old man. We apologize in advance for anything he says and are working on a solution. It may take some time for that to be implemented. Recommendations: 1) Please clean up after your dog. 2) If you book an evening time, be prepared with a flashlight, or know when the sun sets. I have outside lights, but I can't guarantee they will always be on, and they don't illuminate the whole yard. The space: A wide open space with rolling hills for your dogs to play, while you enjoy the view. *The sprinkler is actually a garden hose that is a "soaker" hose. It sprays water out of it like a sprinkler. There are plenty of sticks you can throw for the dog to fetch. (The location is 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 minutes to Downtown Asheville, and close to the Folk Art Center. The newly renovated Haw Creek library and playground, Creekside Tavern, and High Five Coffee are just down the street. You can also walk to the Haw Creek Farmer's Market from here on Fridays, 3-6 pm. You can walk straight from to the Mountain to Sea trail from here without having to drive, and hike to Lunchbox rock (seen in pictures here.) I included the porch pictures so you could see the sunset. :) ) There is hand sanitizer, sunblock and bug spray under the stairs, under the side of the bottom step that you are welcome to use.i

Our backyard is fully fenced and has several trees. It has many birds and squirrels if your dog loves squirrel hunting. It’s pretty open and flat perfect for Zoomies! There will no animals other on site.

This is actually 2 separate areas with chain link gates on both sides. Each one is an acre. Small aromatic herb garden on each section. Large chicken fortress you can see. Storage building has electrical outlet you can use. Water and tables are available. I can provide clean towels to wipe paws too.

About 3/4 acre is fully fenced, but there is about a half acre unfenced where you can access the lake and our dock. We recommend keeping your dog leashed outside the gate, but if your dog has good recall you'll be fine.

Welcome to Lucy’s half acre private dog park where you, your family, friends and furry companions can run, play, explore, exercise, relax, and even have a picnic. It’s a great and safe place to be with your loved ones. The park is securely fenced and private. There are trees, a shade sail canopy and a nice area covered shelter with a roof and fan to get away from the elements. We provide chairs, hammocks, a glider, a picnic table, kids play equipment, dog toys, water, etc. The park has a slope which can provide a great way for you and your pup to exercise. A nice big area for your pooch to dig is available as well as plenty of spots for your dog to roam and explore. Some areas are uneven and hilly which adds to the fun of exploring. Come and enjoy our secluded private oasis. We hope you will love it as much as we do.

Fully fenced in front and back yard in downtown Greenville. Fence separating the front and back yard but can fully be opened. Sitting on 0.5 acre of land. Short grass, clean yard, routine maintenance kept throughout the week.

Labrador is unfortunately closed indefinitely. Hurricane Helene took out multiple trees near the bridge, and the trail is currently impassable. A 1/4 mile peaceful walk down a private trail through the woods. Your pup will have ample opportunities to run, jump, sniff, and poop and get all that energy out. There is even a swimming hole for your pooch at the creek. There are chairs scattered along the trail, a hammock and tree lounge to relax in, and picnic tables. Take a break with your dog and spend some time in nature without having to drive far.

From one “socially awkward” dog parent to another, come relax! Plenty of room for playing and parking. Mostly fenced other than driveway entrance. Chairs, dog water, tables, etc available with notice. Amazing view for stunning sunset pictures. *Please note: the back field has TALL grass. Great for adventures, but can be hard to see your pup. I’ve added pictures of the field/grass to the profile.

Fully fenced .5 acre for doggies to get their zoomies out! There is a little shade from trees from both the front yard and backyard, all fenced in, and with a doggie pool! I have a shed and a front porch that provides some shade as well. I would love to have a happy place for your doggies, I have always been a dog lover!

Zoomieland sustained significant damage from Hurricane Helene. We will need to remove mature, fallen trees and repair a good amount of fencing. We will be closed for the foreseeable future. Zoomieland offers more than an acre of flat, open, fenced-in doggie joy and is spacious enough to reach full-on sprint speeds to get those zoomies out. Located two blocks from the heart of downtown Fountain Inn and one mile off of 385, Zoomieland offers easy parking in the rear of the Younts Center, next to Excel Academy. Entrance is the small gate next to the parking lot. The field has some mature oak and pecan trees, providing shaded spots throughout the day. Feel free to move the chairs to where you and your pups will be happiest. Just some little warnings: There are some prickly-type plants in the vegetation - I recommend that people avoid those areas. And watch your step as the field has some uneven areas and some active ant mounds. After very heavy rain, check with me and I can tell you about field conditions. In general, the field does not create muddy conditions, nonetheless, I provide different sizes of towels to help with any dirty paws. Also, I'm not a stickler for time. If you arrive 10 minutes late, then stay an extra 10 minutes. If you arrive 5 minutes early, go on in. If you're running late, check with me and I'll let you know if it's okay to stay any later. We donate access to our Sniffspot so that he can enjoy Zoomieland too!

Our lovely picturesque “park” back yard is available to rent by the hour. We have private gate access and it is fully fenced. During your booked time our family dogs will be put inside to allow you a safe and stress free time. We do have available parking to the far left in the driveway.

Huge fenced yard with shaded trees and plenty of room to run and chase balls. I have some agility equipment available to use (nothing fancy, but fun). Yard has leaves because I like them :) Please avoid the area around 10 feet around house to minimize chance of your dog hearing mine :) Please pick up and remove any dog waste and trash from your visit. Poo bags and toys are usually provided for reservations made 24 hours in advance, and I will try my best to make sure last minute reservations have fun goodies too :)

Roughly 3 acres of area to explore. Creek runs from one corner of the property to the next full of spots for pups to splash and play. Large open area (.5- 1 acre) to run in the front and about 2 acre of wooded area in the back. Currently not fenced in but we are working to have fenced in areas very soon. This park is in memory of my pup Bazzle that has recently passed away. I hope other dogs can have as much fun as he did here.

This beautiful open space is beside a bubbling creek wtih both sun and shade options. Across the property you will find digging spots (please fill all hoes) mud, grassy areas and plenty of space to explore. There is a water hose to rinse your dog and limited seating at this time. Please check back often as we are in the process of improving the space with additional seating, an agility course, wash station and more.

Bring your dog and enjoy our back yard! We have our yard professionally sprayed for mosquitoes twice a month. We do have 3 dogs ourselves but we pick up after them daily. We have a very nice backyard that is completely fenced with a 6 foot wooden privacy fence. A swing, umbrella and 2 other chairs for your comfort.
