55This was such a fun place. I was attempting to teach my dog to swim. She splashed around in the shallow area and retrieved her toy for me but wasn’t quite feeling going deeper. I had a float coat and a 30’ floating rope. Once I realized she wouldn’t swim out and around the fence post, I removed the rope. She surprised me after getting the zoomies, she decided to jump off the dock! She didn’t know what she was getting herself into but I was proud when she popped back up and swam to the bank. She didn’t cough, just shook her ears out a bit so I took that as a good sign. We played fetch and there is a ton of space to run.
