Always a pleasure! We’ve been out here 3 times, our dog loves it so much! Huge space with safe fencing all around. Joe the Horse can be seen but generally doesn’t acknowledge our dog when he’s running/barking. Great spot for sniffs!

Huge open space with beautiful views. Stocked with tennis balls, water & poop bags for the dogs plus chairs for humans. Both sunny and shady areas to choose from. Clear instructions on how to get there and swift communication from the owner when I had a question. Highly recommend this spot for a dog that wants to get out and run free!

It’s hard to imagine this spot is only $10 an hour. It’s so well maintained and the water spigot is a great bonus. Not only for dog water, but to rinse off dirty toys before you leave!

Great place! Fully and securely fenced. Entire area was freshly mowed and full of wonderful smells blowing in from Nearby livestock. Nice area of shade with a huge pine tree. A great place to train or play.

Pepper Park is our favorite Sniff Spot to date. Nancy keeps the field very well kept and safe for dogs and humans. There are poop bags, toys, water and cones flagging holes or spots to stay away from. Our puppy boxer loves it and there are lots of sniffs for him with room to run, training and play. Nancy has been very accommodating in various ways with us as well. The fence is solid and it is in a beautiful setting. Thank you, Nancy, for sharing your property to allow us to exercise our dog in a safe and beautiful yard. Book early as these spots fill up on the weekends!

Very secure spot! I had no worries about my dog getting out. Also there were no other dogs in sight which was great for my reactive dog. Lots of space to run and chase a ball, she was very happy! We went in late morning and there were two small shady spots which were great for resting in between fetch sessions. Might be more shade later in the day.

Big grassy area, very well fenced. Looks like the grass had just been cut so nice and short for finding balls etc… No negatives for this place. It was great!

Couldn’t actually make it do to a last minute situation. The host was great about it. Obviously was our fault so no need for a refund but she was very understanding and said we where welcome back. Thanks for being great!

One of the brilliant qualities of this Sniffspot is the owner is always ahead of things. Spring time means foxtails grow, but Nancy is keeping grasses growth managed by mowing. It's a pleasure to enjoy this space without fear of later vet visits. Thank you Nancy.

Absolutely gorgeous idyllic setting in Petaluma, surrounded by farmland as far as you could see. The directions were clear and the park was easy to find. Although the property is right by the main road, it is a secluded country road with very few cars, and the fence seemed very secure. My two reactive dogs had tons of space to run, roam, and sniff: they had such a ball they were zonked for a solid day and a half. Host thoughtfully provided poo bags, balls, and fresh water for the dogs, and a couple of nice shady spots to rest. I am so grateful for this place, and will hopefully be back soon.

Great place! Will definitely be back. The fencing is nice and study/high in all places. I like the doggy bags hung around the fence line in case you forget them. We had an amazing time.

Another great play session at Pepper Rd Play Park! Love coming here so much and my dog has a great time burning off his wild shepherd energy! This time around there was a cat close by in the field that got my dogs attention but it did not try to come close to the gate. There were children playing and yelling by the fence (the house’s backyard) which didn’t bother my dog at all luckily as he is not human reactive but just something to be aware of as there are children who live in the neighboring house next to the field that share the same fencing that could be bothersome for some nervous pups when they are at play :-) but nonetheless such an amazing experience!

Can’t say enough how I love this spot! Always have a great time with the dogs, the pasture is always mowed down, they have water bowls and around the perimeter they have poop bags, garbage cans, seating and dog cots…. Love it!

First time coming to this location and I was blown away! So easy to find and my pup had a great time! You can tell the location is very well taken care of/maintained. The grass was recently mowed and clean. No fox tails or noticeable holes that can cause injury for the pups. Fencing was secure and high, which made me feel safe letting my boy run free. Trash cans and dog bags provided, and also water which was nice! Really enjoyed our time here and we will be coming back for sure! Thank you!

We loved it so much we came back the next day! Seriously, the best place to take your pup ever! I will say that this time around, whoever came previously before us did not clean up after their furry ones too well- there were about 3 spots with dog droppings. Even though we did encounter this, I will not be taking a star off because this is not the property owner’s fault what’s so ever! I think it’s so important that we all do our part and clean up after our dogs and messes not only to keep Nancy’s place in prime condition but for the next guests as well and so on… there are plenty of bags provided and trash cans so there should be no excuses for other folks! We are renting the spot after all… it’s the least we can do to keep enjoying the clean space. Thanks again!
