We offer you access to a 1/2 acre, fully fenced, off leash area where your dog can do whatever they want. They can dig in the sandbox or dirt pile (or wherever else they would like), walk on the meandering mowed paths, climb the gigantic tree branch, hop around on the stack of straw bales, sniff the local plants, flowers and grasses, play games with their favorite person on the mowed playing field, or take a nap in the sun (or shade if you come in the beginning of the day). We run a dog sitting and daycare business via www.bandjpawsandstay.com so your pup may get to say "Hi!" to some friends inside the house (though we do our best to keep them away from windows). Private and spacious for your dog or dogs to run around and play freely. Seating (along with table) provided for the owners. Water and toys also provided for the dogs. Peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking is provided on the side of the house or anywhere along the cul da sac. Please don’t park on the driveway due to the fact that my family is constantly coming and going (I wouldn’t want to interrupt your time by having you move your car). No need to worry about walking far, looking for parking, or getting a ticket. Easy access to come and go.

We have our full yard fenced in with a 4ft chain link fence. It is perfect for dogs to run and play. We have seating as well for the owners.

Fully fenced in back yard. Gate access through one of three gates. Parking is on street in front of the home. We have a hill with a retaining wall that has stairs for extra running and jump play. Access to backyard will be through gate on the left side of the home. Back gate leads to main road.

Choose between the comfortable indoor sand arena (60x100) fully fenced space or the spacious 100x200 sand outdoor arena to let your pups run and play! There are also non-fenced grass areas for leashed pups to explore. Horses, cats, goats and dogs on property to socialize with under property owner supervision!

Dig defense lining the fence in areas that are susceptible to digging. Dogs must be supervised at all times, and a garbage can & scoop are provided! We lived in an apartment with our reactive dog for two years and know how important that off leash time can be. We have two dogs of our own and also foster dogs. Working to save money for a fence and deck replacement, plus some landscaping - so we thought we'd offer our basic yard to people who may not have access to an off leash space in our area. We do have backyard chickens. They're enclosed in a fenced pen and will not be free-ranging during your visit, however, dogs with a strong prey drive are probably not a great fit for this spot. Our dogs and family will be inside for all SniffSpot bookings. We have a trash can that can be used by bookings. You're welcome to sit on our outdoor furniture and to any toys left out. Enter through either side gate and please make sure gate is closed when you leave. Help us keep our dogs safe.

Please use any of the 3 entrances into the yard. One on each side of the house and the 3rd is on the back side of the yard near the walking path. We don’t have much to offer at this time other than a safe place for you and your pets. If we are home my 9 year old son would be more than happy to play with your pets (if you’d like)!
