If your pups likes to swim we highly encourage you guys to take a dip in the pond, Browns Pond is a natural pond located in Peabody that covers an area of about 28 acres. It's known for its exquisite beauty. You can also relax, our place provides plenty of seating arrangements and we recommend for u to bring your fishing rod if you wish. This place also provides treats, a water bowl and a hose so if your pups decide they want to go swimming we highly recommend cleaning your dog off. We love our space so much and we would love for you to get that experience too.

We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends. Joseph’s fully fenced yard for dogs is a lovely private space. There are trees for shade. The dogs loved the grass. It was as if there was some extraordinary cologne on the grass of which they just couldn’t get enough! The pond/lake is also beautiful. The dogs thoroughly enjoyed their water time so much so that I had to bamboozle them back into the yard with a ball to fetch so we could leave on time. The gate was a challenge for me to completely latch and the host dealt with it for me after the dogs were well engaged in their romp. We are returning for another wonderful off leash time of joyful energy expenditure! Thank you hosts!!!!!

As long as it is possible, Joe is SO Accommodating. The yard is very clean and very pleasant. There is access to a pond, however, the pond itself does not have fencing to keep the dogs contained if they were to want to run away. As well, at the pond it is possible to encounter others within 50 feet of the spot. It is always a lovely time for the dogs and me. I highly recommend this sniff spot!

We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?

No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area. Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.
