**The pool is closed for the winter** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool. Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. Play frisbee, chuck-it/fetch, jump in the dogie pool to cool off, or have fun meeting new doggie friends on the other side of the fences. You can head off the property to go explore the nature trails around the lake with your favorite furry friends before heading home. There's a water bowl with fresh filtered water at all times. Easy access through the side gate and parking is on the street in front of our home, or at the clubhouse where you can walk the trail before heading into the yard for some physical fun, sniffing for enrichment or one-on-one time wiht space.

We call this the dog yard! It is over an acre fully fenced and a very safe place for dogs to play! We have dog toys, a kiddie pool and hose, dog water bowl, and chairs for the humans. We also provide doggy poop bags and a pooper scooper and trash can. You can enjoy viewing the rolling fields of pasture, horses, and chickens on your visit, and you can play disc golf!

Great yard! Has sun, shade and covered deck with fans and water. Hose available and faucet for refilling water. Toy basket available for extra fun but please leave for next furry friend.

Our fully fenced in yard is perfect for a pup playdate! The fence is solid so there are no visuals of other dogs. The ground is flat and there is access to a large hill outside of the fence for some on leash fun. There is a large tree for shade during the summer or your pup can cool down under the raised deck. Driveway parking is available and there is a hose connection and trash can on the way to the fence gate. Fostering? Frolic for free! Just send us a message to set up your visit. Note there are cats in the home who may peek out the window to see what's going on!

1. Please confirm with me before booking. We have two dogs of our own that I will likely take out of the house while the yard is in use. Please coordinate with me before if this is a must for you! We have a privacy fence around the whole yard. We do not have neighbors behind us because there is a walking trail so sometimes you might hear people/bikes passing by. The neighbor to our left has two dogs but they aren’t usually out in the yard for long. Please reach out with any questions or concerns before booking.

Lots of sniffs here as five dogs live on property, horses are along back fence and deer are always meandering around. You can park at the gate, in the driveway; no one will be coming or leaving while you are here. Enter through the small gate to the left, next to the column. This property is the front yard. It is very quiet most of the time, but it is a neighborhood, so you might be here when neighbors are doing yard work. Three things: -I have horses (Oliver and Tot - you will know which one is Tot!), your dogs will most probably bark their heads off! Not a problem, they are pretty much bark proof. -I have five dogs. They will never be outside, ever. However, you may hear them barking. I am always here and will quiet them down as best I can. -fire ants. I do not use chemicals on the lawn, so I “spot” treat the mounds. I use a white ant treatment so you can easily identify. Be mindful of them, and be careful of any I may have missed.

Entering the spot: The gate is to the right of our garage, it just swings open and is held shut by a metal loop. There is no lock. Parking: Our driveway is steep and curves. You can park in the driveway in front of the garage and then back into the space beside our truck to drive down the driveway when leaving, I do not recommend backing down it. I am also happy to open our garage to give you more room if needed. We used to have a F250 and were able to navigate without issues. You can also park in the culdesac in front of our house. Getting Here: We live in a gated community so I will have to call in a pass (this is why I require a 2 hour notice for visits). I will reach out when you confirm your visit to request a first and last name to call in a pass for you to enter. Use YMCA Camp Thunderbird’s address to be sure you go to the main gate of our neighborhood. The gate is manned 24/7. Give them your name and our address and they will provide you with a paper pass. Please note, you will be required to show them your drivers license to enter. Restroom: If you need to use the restroom, please just send me a message so that I know you may be inside. To access it, use the doors closest to the hose in the back yard. There is a half bathroom inside immediately to the left. Please note this amenity is only available if we are home. I’ve used this app many times in the past for my pup and now we have a yard of our own! Sniffspot was a great resource for us and I hope my yard can be the same for you! There is a screened in porch you can relax on, I have a few toys in there including a water hose if your pup likes water! There are poop bags, a scooper and a trash can outside for use. I also leave a bowl for water outside that you can fill up using the hose spout. There is driveway parking available if you’re not comfortable parking in the cul-de-sac.

This is a very quiet place on a country road where your dogs can be off leash and free to explore nature. The full four acres are surrounded by a 5 foot fence and there is a small creek running through the property. There is a wide spot in the creek that is easily the most popular spot for our canine visitors! There are larger fields and open areas for your dogs to practice their retrieving, and there are many paths in the woods for hiking. The beginning of each path is marked with quartz stones to show you the way. You will also find several benches scattered throughout the property so that you can take a load off while your dogs run and play. When it rains the property can be quite wet in some areas, so bring boots and a towel to clean off your muddy (but happy!) dog. There is a full competition size agility field within the four acres. The agility equipment is completely fenced in and will be accessible only to those who have had at least one formal beginner's agility class. This is to keep you and your dog safe and to prevent misuse of the equipment. Please message the host when you book the spot and before your first visit to discuss your agility experience if you are wanting to access the equipment. **I would really like for your first visit to be on a weekend or a Tuesday (my day off) so that I can meet with you to show you some details about the property and discuss parking. After the first visit, book whenever you want! If you absolutely cannot make it these days for your first visit, we can work something out. 🙂

Surprisingly private with only one neighbor. In front is a school, behind are woods, and to the other side is the parking lots of businesses off Monroe rd! The fence is not the best but it has been secure for my doodle boy who loves to run. I have blocked off gaps wider than 3 inches. Garden and quail coop in yard!
