A great rustic Sniffspot. Our dog Mac really enjoyed it. The main highlight of the place is the of course the large pond. Mac isn't much of a water dog but enjoyed dipping his toes in and sniffing all around it! We came at 9:30am in August so was still cool enough for him to enjoy without swimming - nice shade all along one side of the property. It was also very quiet at this time. We will definitely return.

Such a great spot!! Easy to find and park with the instructions. Loved there was a hose to rinse her off after the pond! It was so beautiful, especially at sunset. My dog had so much fun splashing around for 45 straight minutes. There is a trail around the pond so we walked that a bit. Just a man fishing on the other side which we expected, plenty of space for everyone! :) we will be back!

We had a blast, the dogs had a blast. There was tons to look at and smell. Water play was great! And there's a hose handy to rinse everyone off after. The lake is beautiful with lily pads, docks and cool wild life.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks.
