Summer's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Richland

Fully fenced back yard! Entrance gate is at the front of the house to the left. Fence is 6’ along half the front, one side, and along the back. Rest of fence is 4’ along the other side and front of house. The yard is half grass and half concrete patio. In the summer/fall there are persimmon, pear, plum, jujube, and cherry trees to pick from! In our space you’ll have access to two goodie baskets, one for the people and one for the pups. The people basket has hats, gloves, and blankets (in the winter months), snacks, water bottles, hand sanitizer, and dog bags. The pup basket has a couple treat options, a clean water pitcher to refill their bowl, a towel to dry them off, some toys and a brush and nail clippers. You’re more than welcome to bring your own toys and equipment as well! All towels, stuffed toys, gloves, hats, and blankets are washed in hot water and run through a sanitize cycle after each visit, regardless of use. They’re squeaky clean and safe for you to use! There’s seating on the patio and a fire pit available if requested. Please use the pooper scooper/dog bags and garbage can to clean up after your dog before you leave. We hope you enjoy our space!

It is an excellent, ample space, and my dogs had a wonderful time running and sniffing! There was clean water for them and balls to chase. First time visiting a Sniffspot and this was the perfect experience for us. Directions were very clear and easy to understand. This was a great experience for our Doberman, Axl, as well. The privacy screen around the perimeter definitely gives the space a private feel. We plan to visit again soon!

We were very happy to discover this place! Large field with lots of room for our dogs to run. Very clean & securely fenced, with privacy fencing to minimize distractions. There isn’t much shade or cover, but on a cool, sunny day it’s perfect!

This Sniffspot is fantastic! The parking is great, lots of space to park and the driveway is long which allows you to take your dog(s) out safely. In the yard, there’s lots of space for large dogs to get rowdy if they choose to, as was the case with our dogs. The fences are very tall and very secure. The grounds are very clean. My husky mix had so much fun, he didn’t want to leave. Kailyn was incredibly helpful and she went above and beyond to help get my husky in the car. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Such a wonderful well appointed spot. They thought of everything for a convenient visit. From close parking to entrance to toys and water for the dogs they thought of everything. There is a table with bench to rest and place belongings on. Trash for discarding poop bags. Our dogs had wonderful time. Thank you!

Space was clean and easy to access, and as expected. My dog had fun running and exploring but I never felt like there was places he would get in trouble exploring because there is a fence dividing the main house from the sniff spot (which isn’t always the case!) Will come back again!

My dog-aggressive Catahoula Leopard Pittie mix had a blast here, and I felt safe and confident letting him run off leash. The opaque fence is wonderful as is not sharing the fence with any neighboring dogs. And what a wonderful view of the mountains! I'm so glad that the host provided us with toys to borrow - my dog is usually much too reactive and nervous to play when we are away from home, but after running around like a maniac, he actually was up for playing with tennis balls!
