Smaller dogs welcome, just be aware of little gaps, use leash as needed. No small kids or families at our spot for safety reasons. 40 acres of mostly open land with 2 ponds to swim in. I have 2 big dogs that swim and drink pond water daily, but if your more comfortable with a doggie pool I can provide one for an additional charge.

We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!

This is a simple yard for simple play or just relaxing. It is a fully fenced yard but part of it was damaged in the hurricane so it’s not suitable for dogs smaller dogs if they aren’t in command. (The entrance is chicken wire until fixed). I can put out water and a chair or two if requested.
