My home is located conveniently close to Massanutten Resort and Brix and Columns vineyard. There are friendly cats on the property, and they do not typically have any issues with dogs. They may try to interact with you, but feel free to shoo them away. With advanced request I can attempt to contain them for the duration of your visit, but this is not a guarantee.

Leashes are required when close to the house as we have cats, dogs and other farm animals but, once you get a little farther back, let them run.

Property has about an acre fenced in and over 4 un fenced. The fenced in portion is near impossible to escape as there is wiring across it as well. You are free to use the unfenced portion as well, just let us know before hand, stay on our property and pick up after your fur baby.

I have 6 acres directly on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River. Great spot for small mouth fishing. Pictures taken are when the river was very low but regardless it’s still a pretty good spot to go out in the water. Also available to drop in or hop out for kayaking. This spot is my fully fenced-in back yard made especially for my dogs. Shady spots and sun. Lowest fence is 4 feet tall next to the neighbors and tallest is 6 feet tall next to woods. The neighbor side also has a screen fence over existing fence to keep tiny fingers and dog noses from coming through. They have small kids and a puppy. I also have an extra privacy screen I can put up, if needed. Your dogs will have plenty of space to run and explore. I have plenty of toys, balls, Frisbees and a baby pool for the pups. 🐕 😁

My husband and I have a little peace of heaven here in the Shenandoah Valley! Our goal is to provide a space for all dogs to play, run and sniff away! We have a huge field with a platform/ramps, tug rope, agility poles, stick collection, hidden container with treats and possibly a prize toy! We host many special events for pups as well as birthday parties for your pups! I spent many years volunteering, fostering and ultimately adopting many animals from rescue non-profits over the years. Beautiful scenic spot just outside of Staunton! This mostly level space offers lots of options for your fur family. An acre of fully fenced in yard, an additional acre of open field (fenced on 2 sides only) with large trees, and a shallow river access that’s great for swimming and playing! The fenced in portion of yard also has kids play equipment available, rocking chairs, and a porch swing. A small picnic table with umbrella is also available for use. We do have neighbors, but because we sit further back than other houses, our yard offers a lot of privacy with woods and a field surrounding us. Brand new fence! Officially opened! Located off of a quiet road by the Sky Meadows State Park entrance. We live on the property with our two rescue dogs (but they will be kept away and inside the house during your visit).
