Tina's 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Waxhaw / Mineral Springs

The one acre field is the area where the dogs would play/run, they can also have access to a pond, but this would need to be discussed at first visit so you take a look and see if it is acceptable. The whole area is fenced. We do have five dogs, but they would be in the house when you are visiting with your dogs, you may hear them bark, but would not see them, a separate entrance to the field is available. No traffic near by.

Fully Fenced Room to Roam in Cherryville

Twenty-seven acres right outside of 28021 city limits. Former cattle and sheep pasture, currently empty of livestock but waiting for you and your pup(s) to explore! Variety of areas: from large open pastures to heavily wooded (but still easily accessible/walkable) areas = lots to see, hear, and sniff! No need to pick up after your pet either! Water available multiple locations: outside the fenced pastures near block building/parking via hose pipe at the well near the garden 🪴 or inside the pastures (look for the blue barrels and the cattle waterers).

**The pool is officially open as of April 5th!** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool (unless you're actively helping or playing with them). Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. Dogs must remain on-leash until inside the off-leash area, and owners must keep their dog under voice control. Dogs must be up to date on vaccines, at least 4 months old, and must have a collar with identifying tag. Owners are responsible for picking up their dog's waste, and there is a limit of three dogs per person. The park offers amenities such as dog drinking water, a washing area, fields, lakes, and a beach. No lifeguards are on duty, and humans are not allowed in the lakes or ponds. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see turtles, snakes, rabbits, deer, ground hogs and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. Grounds: It is a hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. You can see holes dug in the yard from dogs. It is fine if they dig. We spot treat poison oak and ivy with an all natural mixture that includes vinegar. We do not use chemicals. ** Watch out for fire ant hills** Water: You have access to our well and a large water bowl. There should be at least one small water bowl in the carport as well.
