In our fully fenced, gently rolling meadow there is plenty of room to run, chase frisbees and balls, dip paws in the pup-pool, and sniff around for the scents of nature. For humans, there is a cozy shelter with seating, a bistro table, and the entertainment of a frisbee "goal". There's shade from a large fir, in the meadow, as well as shade from the woods, on the south side. Fencing is at least 4 feet high, all around. It has a vision-block screen, a 4.8’ top wire, plus double fencing, on the side with neighbor dogs. If the neighbor's Goldens are out, they will friendly bark, and bark. They really want to come over and play. Surrounding Area: There are two private yards (one with an enclosed, screened chicken run, and one with friendly dogs); deep woods on the South side; and an incredible mountain view, over more meadow, on the West side. Sunsets from here are awe-inspiring! Parking: There is room for two vehicles to park near the gate the Meadow. Please park only on gravel and do not drive on the lawn near the meadow. If there are more than two vehicles in your party, please park up the hill in the gravel near the large, 4-car garage. LIMIT of 4 VEHICLES per reservation, unless organized in advance with us. There are four easy-closing gates in the fence, that are generally left open for wildlife passage. We will make every effort to have the gates closed before you arrive, but know that you're responsible for seeing that all 4 gates are closed before you unleash your pups. If you bring kids, you're also responsible for keeping them in the gates :D We hope you visit soon and come back often!

We offer five acres of partially mowed fields and a natural wooded area. There is a small spring-fed pond and access to South Prairie Creek. Since the creek has a variable current, it may be best for larger dogs. The pond is ideal for smaller dogs who aren't strong swimmers. Trails began as deer/elk trails but have been improved. There are some small logs and rocks to step over so sturdy shoes are recommended. We make a constant effort tosubdue the blackberries but you may encounter vine strong-willed vines. The leaves that cover the trails in the fall may be a little slippery, so take care. Please avoid the dead tree area. There is a shed with supplies where you park.

This spot is a 1/2 acre rough pasture with a bench, fruit trees, a tree swing and woods surrounded by greenbelt. It is fully fenced and gated although if your dog is small and escape-minded it may do so because it is wire field fence, not board fence. Please park in front of the garage and keep your dog leashed until you reach the pasture area at the back of the property. Enjoy! Lights take a couple minutes to get fully bright. Now you can play with your dog from 6am to 9pm. Enjoy this private area that you can let your dog off leash without having to worry about anyone interrupting your time with your dog. Picnic table with cover. Water dish, poop bags, waste bin, sticks and balls with a chuck it at entrance. Coordinate with a friend and meet here to let your dogs play together while you catch up. Our place is fully fenced with mesh wire. We have two husky mixes (who you won’t see or probably hear) who love the space and haven’t managed to find any gap in the fences to escape. Once you close the gate behind you, the whole place is for you to enjoy, including the fenced-in meadow/arena, front and back around the house. You are free to let the dogs out of your car off-leash. The neighbors ' horses might be seen in the distance along the upper side of my property and you might hear their dogs barking from several acres away periodically. * Several pastures have covered horse sheds in them that can be used by visitors for shelter from rain or sun. * There is a dog dish for water, a container of water, poop bags and several garbage cans for doggie poop bags! * If you bring additional guests with pups PLEASE make sure they are aware of all information/rules shared in the listing and via message by the host. * Carey Creek runs along the entire south side of the lowest pasture. It is fully useable for guests. it is on my property but outside of our secure fences so if you go out the gates at the bottom of the property to get to the creek you should leash up if your dog has poor recall. * We have access across the road from the property to 1800 + acres with 30 miles of trails on Taylor Mountain (King County Park) so make it a day and come enjoy our little slice of heaven!

UPDATE as of May 2 Spot #2 is now closed for the season. Spot 1 is dried out, and other than a couple small soft spots is free from puddles or major mud. We’ve spread bark on any soft spots, and will keep an eye on conditions. If water/ mud conditions change we will make spot #2 available again. For now we need to be planting and so will be more active in the front area. 1 acre of flat field in a beautiful setting. One large tree in the corner. Fully fenced approx 4.5’ with predator fencing. We have motion lights that come on at night, not super bright but makes the spot visible during early night winters. Boarded by two, large pastures, a private road with limited use and our barn. Occasionally during the wet months flocks of geese/ducks may land in the wetlands adjacent. We have goats, turkeys, geese, ducks and chickens but they are on the other side of the property and should not be seen/heard. Welcome! We offer a 1 acre, fenced FIELD for your dog(s) to run, play, sniff and bark! THIS IS A FIELD, MEDIUM & HIGH GRASS, not always mowed short. Our dogs love it! July ‘25, grass in center is longer with wildflowers, plants a grasses. The rest was brush hogged so it’s shorter but not “lawn” short. Our dogs love rolling and sniffing in it! **May-July 4** there may be fireworks displays nearby. These are usually Fri-Sat mid day into evening. Feel free to message questions if you are concerned. We also have some new rescue dogs that may be heard barking as they adjust. They are 200’ or so from spot but may be heard. Beautiful views and farm animal neighbors add to the fun. Shade trees and seating make this spot fun for all! Long and short grass, slight hills, a sand pile and dirt to dig in too! We are a farm animal sanctuary and wildlife friendly. There may be long grass, insects, farm animal poo and other farmy stuff. Fun smell things such as feathers, wool, horse hair etc is added for dogs to sniff. All is cruelty free. WINTER: Seasonal pond takes up the lower portion of the spot. It may grow and shrink throughout the season. Dogs love it! Ground will likely be soggy but we will close if entrance becomes unsafe. SUMMER: During warm weather there is a 9’ stock tank pool (not filtered) for dogs. One adult may accompany each dog but please no children. >> Please note! Perimeter fence was replaced and spot now includes additional space! There are more trees and brush included for your dogs sniffing pleasure. Please use caution, there are some new trip hazards and holes. We have walked this multiple times but things may continue to work their way out of the exposed earth. We won't be actively working on it while you are here. We will only have temporary fencing in the first field (on the left as you come in though the first gate) as we the continue the work however. Please keep your dogs on a leash through the first field while we are working on improving the fencing and the area if recall is not good. ** This beautiful 2-acre spot is fully fenced - 4-5' high, gates 4' high. There are potentially 2 areas that you can use right next to each other (fenced in between). Please note that the first Pasture that you come to does have an area where dogs can potentially get through and back to the gravel road. It is right inside the first gate on your right in the forest area there. The great thing is we are not near any sort of busy road. One thing to note is that my neighbor on the adjoining property has friendly, smaller dogs, and they do bark from time to time. You really can't see them all that much as there is brush, sticker bushes, and trees in between our properties. That said, you may hear them from time to time. What I find that works in quieting them up is to just walk over and talk to them. We welcome dogs that have different anxieties as well as being dog reactive and people reactive. There have been many people here with their dogs who have done just fine. There is a spigot with fresh clean well water, next to the clawfoot tub inside second pasture. We also have a bowl there for your use. We have wood for you to purchase, should you desire a fire while there. There are plenty of chairs and benches for folks to sit on. **We are open to members-only September29th-April 31st to limit property wear and tear during the wetter months. **To ensure your visit is an enjoyable experience, please read the entire description of the property, fencing details and my property rules.** *Bookings with multiple dogs- For every 2 dogs beyond 4, an additional adult is required. This helps to ensure the property remains poop-free. Our completely fenced 1.3 acre Sniffspot and completely fenced property perimeter gives you peace of mind that your pups are safe and secure as you let them play and explore. With a gently sloping pasture for running, trees and stumps for exploring, and low-level agility equipment to build confidence on, your fur baby is sure to find something that sparks their interest. When the temps start reaching 80°, the kiddie pool will come out to refresh your pup's paws! The pool will be filled on these hot days sometime between 10:00 and noon and emptied every evening. If you would like a fresh fill for your pup(s) visit, filled for a morning visit or on a day that temps are below 80°, please add it as an "extra" for $6. If we are unable to offer fresh fills on a particular day, the "extra" toggle will be disabled.  Although completely fenced, supervision is always recommended.
