It is very uncommon to see Alligators in the river where we are at but not impossible, and if you're lucky, on a rare occasion you might catch sight of river otter! 40 acres of mostly open land with 2 ponds to swim in. I have 2 big dogs that swim and drink pond water daily, but if your more comfortable with a doggie pool I can provide one for an additional charge.
