Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. Access for with trucks, trailers, equipment, sheep, dogs, etc. 14’ gate and a 4’ gate walk-in. The entire 10+ acres (we used to have horses, cows and sheep) is fenced (4’ farm fence). For now, feel free to wonder the entire fenced 10 acres. For Your First Visit: It is a good idea to walk your dog on a leash around the perimeter until you are comfortable. Although it is fenced, it is not possible to know every dog’s individual behavior. The tornado siren goes off every first Saturday of the month at 1:00. No joy. I am often available if needed for questions or help. We welcome suggestions! Enjoy! Winter: This Sniffspot will be open all winter. ***The snow isn’t always plowed immediately. We do our best. The grassy outfield and secure fencing provide plenty of room for dogs to run and play, while owners can enjoy the open surroundings. With no permanent shade structures, visitors often bring their own chairs or canopies. To maintain the looking clean fields, please pick up dog waste, children play here too. Thank you!
