This is a 25 acre property. I live on this property with 3 dogs, 2 horses and 2 barn cats. The Sniffspot would be the large open field as well as the wooded area which has a stream. Your dog MUST be leashed (you may use a long lead to allow your dog to explore). My horses are always out. My dogs come in and out through a dog door into one of 2 fenced in areas, so you MAY see them. If your dog is dog reactive, I am happy to keep my dog door closed during your visit. Parking will be in the barn driveway. My dogs and I enjoy this space each and every day and I would love to allow your dog to enjoy this space for their enrichment=)

There is a ton of off street parking, plenty of nicely mowed yard to run and play, berry bushes, roses, fruit trees and more. Scenic, shady trails are mowed through the large untamed field that spans the back of the property. Our back yard is a great spot to let your pups explore and use that sniffer while you get to relax. We have a fire pit if you want to have a fire, a couch and patio table. Half the yard is grass, the other half is “natural”. There are a couple safe wood piles that your dogs will love to climb over and sniff in, my dogs sure do love it!! Welcome! Thank you for choosing Mama Kay's Pup Yard! We are a relaxed home with .30 acres of a fully fenced-in yard. We have a patio area for human (and pup) lounging. Large grassy area with a few mulched areas that your pups can dig at. Sunshine or shade is available throughout the yard. The fence is 4ft high, so please no high jumpers. There is a privacy screen on the fence but it is not 100% blackout. This yard is virtually surrounded by pups in neighboring houses, so it is likely your dog will see other dogs through the fence and the resident dogs at the back door. Amenities include lighting for night use, a hose, sprinkler, kiddie pool, electricity, seating areas, garbage can, pooper scooper. The property is monitored via surveillance cameras 24/7. You are responsible for cleaning up your pups waste with the pooper scooper and trash can provided. We ask that you respect the privacy of our neighbors at all times and follow all laws and ordinances set forth by our local jurisdiction. We have 2 sections of fenced yard space for dogs to run, play, and explore. The main dog-side is the primary yard for the resident dogs. The 2nd fenced section is typically used for human-events, parties, backyard BBQs, and bonfires. However, it is a great space to play fetch, walk laps with the pups, and hang out in the courtyard while the dogs play and explore. The 2nd section is fenced, however there is access to the woods & mountain, if your dog doesn’t come when called or is easily distracted, the main dog-side is safer and probably more appropriate.

Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Fenced Yard Edition! Our property includes a 2,500 sq. ft. fully fenced-in yard, a larger open field, and a 5-acre trail. The yard includes deck access and seating. There is a large umbrella for shade and rain in the summer. The ground in the yard is pretty flat and mostly grass. The open space in the back is also grass with some trees and bushes. It can get a little muddy during very wet times of the year but there is a hose available. There is a kiddie pool in the yard for your pup to cool down in the summer. We have a small fire pit in the yard if you want to start a fire in cooler weather. There's also a large fire pit on the trail with bench seating and a picnic table. Bring your binoculars if you enjoy birding. We have lots of hummingbirds in the summer and have seen barred owls on the trail.
