55This was our first sniff spot and we were very worried in general as we have an extremely reactive new Gsd rescue. David could not have been better at answering my questions and ensuring me that all would be ok. The area is huge and was everything our boy desperately needed to explore, run, play and relax. All fencing was secure, the grass was recently mowed and everything was perfect. We appreciated the chairs by the tree so we could rest in the shade. 55We went at sunset time and it was so nice to see Darla running freely. They turned on the lights for us, which added a lot of light even when the sun went down.

It's really vast and my puppy got up a lot of speed fetching the ball and I got him to jump through the loop from the agility training course. My 15 year old walked the entire circumference and loved sniffing. The doggie pool was a bonus- I showered down the pups at the start and they were dry by the end of the hour. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks.
