Doby Dog & Fishing Escape - 15 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park, Pool & Pond In Mendham

- 15 acres - 3 fields with tall grasses to explore (these are mowed by a tractor intermittently throughout the season - feel free to message for updates - multiple cleared acres - trail - pool (additional cost) - fishing * - swimming for dogs in pond * **Pond will be under going routine treatment/maintenance from our management company this coming week (7/13)*** Property & fields will still be accessible, but swimming & fishing will not be available during this time. Please message for more up to date details. We are a newer spot & have been happy to offer our property for dogs & owners to enjoy and explore. We have plans to continue improving our property to make it even more enjoyable and appealing. This includes treatment and management of our pond (this will help with any overgrown of invasive species such as so many cattails and keep any algae and weeds at bay during the summer months to insure a clear swimming, boating & fishing environment), we will be clearing out more overgrown foliage near the front dam & adding a bridge to create an additional access point to field#2 on the opposite side of the pond (currently the main way to access this field is by walking around the back side of the pond), we will also be adding a small cabin (we will offer this to be rented out in the future and will not have Sniffspot on those days) & we will add benches to the opposite side of the pond for all to enjoy. MuckMeister Farm's SniffSpot is a converted horse pasture. No horses occupy this spot, and there is a small field separating the fence lines. Our fencing is black PVC "no climb" with four white coated wires for extra security and visibility.

5 Acres of Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Doylestown

We have a lovely large, mostly open, yard that offers a wonderful spot with room for dogs to run. The property is on a slope, with a bit of an incline, and beautiful views from the top. The fence is post and rail with wire fencing along it. Tall mature trees add shade and there is a bench for sitting. Please note: There is a swimming pool in the backyard within the fence line; dogs are not allowed in the pool when open or on the cover when closed.

Our dog agility training field area is available for exhibitors who are looking for a place to train their dogs independently. AKC Agility regulation equipment is available for use. Please note that this training area is not fenced, so the user is responsible for keeping their dog on property and under control.

🐶♥️We have a reactive dog that is afraid of people and I thought it would be such a great opportunity to share our space that we love so much with other people who have reactive dogs or who just don’t have a fenced in yard! This is a safe space for all! ♥️ You will be able to use our driveway. Pull all the way into the driveway and take your dog from your car directly into the fenced in yard. Theyard is about 3500 to 4000 ft.² around the side of the yard is an area with a table and chairs also a small screened in porch that you are welcome to use with your pup! I will make sure that there is a dog bowl and bags for picking up poop available for you. Trash cans are right as you soon as you park! If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog!  Also, the patio and chairs is a great spot for people who are working from home. You’re more than welcome to hang out there while your dog get some sniffs and energy out.
