Area 1 (5,460 sq ft) is a competition spec Dock Diving pool area, great for dogs who are confident swimmers and divers. Area 2 (3,150 sq ft) is great for small dogs and hosts some agility equipment. Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. Area 6 is our freshwater filtered splash pond, great for dogs to learn how to swim. Lastly we have a members only dog park (33,706 sq ft). You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. Welcome to "The Pipeline," a field, bush, and forested area with a stream, pond, and trails that dogs are going to love exploring. No neighbours in any direction to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive, as it is a hay field, with a trail cut around the perimeter, through the middle, and into the forest to get to the pond. Guests are able to explore the whole property, but please stay in the forest and field areas. We have marked the trails with orange tape so that you can follow or just freestyle it and go wherever the nose leads. We realize sometimes dogs get excited and will venture out of those areas, so dont sweat it. As long as they are having fun, just call them back and continue on your way. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent. There may be some burrs in the bushes,you have to watch for that.

We have treed areas, large manicured and unfenced areas for zoomies, a pond for frogging plus an L-shaped fully fenced, fully secure area that wraps around the north and east side of the house. It's the perfect size for a small to medium dogs. It has a manicured portion and a unmaintained portion. (The east side is aprx 60’ long x 25’ wide and the north side is aprx 100’ x 20’ wide.) Larger than some city backyards! There are so many spots to sniff and investigate or just sit on the dock and chill with your doggo. * Toys, towels, treats and water bowl are kept on the porch. There are lawn chairs by the porch for your use, move them wherever you like. There is a garbage can beside the porch with a scooper and bags. * There’s a patio umbrella on the dock and another by the picnic table—feel free to open them if you’d like some shade during your visit. * Please note that while we respect your privacy during your visit, we do live on-site and are sometimes working in the barn or around the property on equipment. We have a fire pit with seating in one of the grass acres. There are no longer Alpacas and goats here as they’ve moved to the farm down the road. But you will come across Canadian Geese and Wild Turkeys, and sometimes Deer. As you drive by the red barn to the parking area you will sometimes see our dog friendly dog Butch in his gated area most likely sleeping! 😄 Once you reach your parking it is private and you are alone.

Ride up and park at the guest parking beside with the red jeep, and walk your leashed puppers walk towards the corner of Highway 6 and Concession 4 West. As you walk past our gardens, woodlots, and ponds you will get familiar with our surroundings and other fences as per the map. There is access to the forest and two ponds on the property. The highway is the right direction. After crossing through the tree line, you have reached the private access to the 6-acre field. Four-foot tall fencing is installed for your security. Enjoy seeing natural landscapes, trees, and privacy. Have fun, play catch, train and let your animal have unleashed freedom! We have uploaded a printable "safety map" for each season, that contains a legend for your use and the status of the park. Note the fire pit is not available during the winter season. *WINTER 2025 UPDATE* 2024 was a wonderful year! It was our first year in business and because of you we were the top spot in the local area! With 77 reviews, 74 unique/first visitors, 182 happy dogs with a rating of 4.6 out 5! Our Corgi loved walking after your visits because of all the new dog smells. We have reviewed all of your comments and feedback. Here are some additions and projects we will em”bark” in 2025 to improve your experience and the Sniffspot: 1. Fence gap at the Pond: Our neighbor has granted us permission to install a fence segment on their property to close the fence gap at the pond. Once installed, we can declare 100% fenced in spot! 2. Entrance signage: We will be adding a main sign at the parking space which include a print out of the Sniffspot map, extra doggy bags, spare water and garbage with a mini roof/shelter. 3. Directional signage: we will be adding posts with signs and directions that will be installed throughout the property in the summer. 4. Rough Terrain: Local farmer has started. More details below. Once completed, we will update the map and remove the applicable note(s) below: Please note the following are TEMPORARY changes for 2025. We have rented the field to a young entrepreneurial farmer who will be planting organic soy beans this spring. In return, they will clean and “work” the field. This means cutting and clearing the entire field (except for the ditch line and few tagged trees), removing debris, making holes, filling holes, ploughing and leveling the field. This will eliminate the risk of slip, trips and falls. We have asked the farmer to keep a 10-20 foot perimeter buffer between the fence and neighbours and we will be cutting/maintaining that trail. Once the soy beans are planted in June sniff spot walkers will be asked to keep their dogos on the perimeter trail to avoid crop damages. Therefore, we will be reducing the price of the park to $5 until harvest (September/October 2025). You will be welcome to continue to use the spot and the leased area between the spot and the parking lot. We are excited because with a bit of sacrifice and time, our field will be level a safer and better place to walk. We will then be able to maintain trails and create a space that will accommodate the Sniffspot and our personal wants. If you have any questions, please let me know. If you look at the photos you can see the locations of the gate on the main photo or on “safety map” (see photos and captions). We have more fencing on other parts of the property outside of our dog park in case your dog does not have good recall. Refer to the safety map (see photos).

There is a few pasture from cattle that is not fully fenced in, but welcome to walk through it. If you are looking for an area to train privately away from everything/hunting training (scents/recall) this would be perfect! I do have 2 dogs on the property. If you are out with your dogs mine will not be outside, just to warn if you hear barking. I do have children. They know not to approach a pup without permission. If your pup is not friendly with children as the parking spots will be right in front of our house. I will make sure they’re not outside when you are unloading or loading back up! I do ask that poop is still picked up in the bush as we do take our dogs and children for walks out there ! I do also offer grooming from my home.
