Our dogs had the time of their lives running around and playing on Ian’s expansive and safe property. Ian is a wonderful man with a heart of gold. I can’t wait to take my grand-pups back there.

Great piece of property my dog had lots of space for me to throw ball and to explore some. It was very clean. My dog is reactive and had no issues. You can hear dogs barking near by, but my dog had no interest to check it out. The host was very nice and patient with me...I don't hear well. This is a place I would visit again!

We loved this spot!! The dogs loved the space, it was clean and well contained. Also the alpacas were a huge bonus! Will def be back again

Beautiful and peaceful backyard! So many places to sit and relax while your dog enjoys the huge backyard! Bring toss toys! Lots of room to run and fetch! Neighborhood is very spread out and I didn’t hear any other dogs or people around and barely any cars. Which is great for reactive dogs! Unfortunately it won’t work for my dog who’s a very curious escape artist. I typically book fully fenced spots but thought to try to see if the treeline would be dense enough that my dog wouldn’t be curious and run out. But it was too open on two sides of the yard so we just stayed on leash and enjoyed a backyard sniffing adventure and a walk around the neighborhood. The partial fencing would be great for smaller dogs who don’t care to leave your side or dogs with good recall. There is a 2 ft high retention wall followed by a steep mulched hill around most of the yard that makes a good parameter around the grass if your dog isn’t the type to jump onto retention walls. But a dog could jump on the wall, up the hill, and around the fence/through the trees if they really wanted. Host was super friendly and responsive!

Love this place. Beautiful setting. I'm dying to know what everyone is doing there because it seems to be a variety of things (dog training, horses, travelers with camper trailers, etc). Don't know but I love the fact that it is pretty, and always available to some degree!

Nice place, fun to look over at the alpacas. I have a rescue so it was nice mix between quiet with some noise for her to get exposed too. Not much shade if you don’t like to be in the direct sun light.

Ellie is very accommodating and lets me know ahead of time if one or more of the available pastures is closed. We love it there!

Today we brought a friend to the spot and had such a good visit. This is one of our new favorite spots

A little confusing to find but it is a big property! We added the river access and our pups loved that, then we walked to the field for the sniffspot and they had a blast running around and finding the horses!

As pictured: huge open field. Great for the high energy dog you loves the Chuckit! Grass was mowed which is nice I’ve noticed some Other sniff spots are getting overgrown and that reduces the usability. There weren’t any SniffSpot signs but it’s pretty obvious where you need to go. Fantastic spot and great price.

Lovely spot and my dogs had a lot of fun. My only suggestion is that the owner make it clearer how to get to the property. It’s a little confusing the first time.

Great area for the dogs to play. Fence to get into the yard does have large gaps.. for small dogs it might be a concern but the dogs wouldn’t be able to get out to the main road.

Lovely spot! The grass are tall in places and can be pretty wet, so make sure you wear waterproof shoes. The pictures may not be clear, but there is wire perimeter fence all around the property. We will definitely visit again!

This is already a fave after only one visit. The three different sections to run around. All the free space. And our quail eggs. It was a great visit. ☺️ sent a question and received an immediate response so communication was also really nice. Thank you!

My dogs loved running in the field! Lots of tall grass to roll around in. It's a very sunny spot mid day. There was some mud in shady spots on the edges of the field that my dog particularly enjoyed. Will be back soon.

It’s a lovely pasture next to the lama/alpacas (but plenty of space between). My boys love it. We also got the lama treats for the kids to feed while the dogs played. Also got the fresh eggs! Can’t wait to come back again.

This was an excellent spot! Plenty of space to run and the fence is secure and private. We will definitely be back!

Great Sniffspot. Larger than average sized with lots of space to run and explore. My pups had a great time and it was very quiet and peaceful with no visual distractions. It was super clean with not one piece of trash, debris or dog poop on site. It’s been raining a lot lately so some areas are muddy with standing water so the humans should wear waterproof shoes and the dogs will love it 😊 I really liked the deer sculptures🥰 I appreciate having this gem in my community. We will be back.

I appreciated getting a chance to check this place out with my girl even though they were not officially open. It look for are to returning again when they decide to officially open this spot. Big beautiful field with minimal distractions.

I saw the side entrance to the backyard and instantly knew this will be my favorite Sniffspot for I can drive my Tahoe into the backyard and close the gate and don't have to worry about my huskies getting loose. I have three huskies and one husky is blind so I need to give him extra attention in getting into and out of my Tahoe with a hitch step. The backyard is large but not too large to keep an eye on the pack. There's a nice decking area for shade and rain. Under the decking area there's table and chairs for the human to rest and relax. Water spigot is available to provide drinking water. The neighbor has a small dog that loves to play and kept my huskies busy throughout our visit. The 4 ft fencing along with that neighbor yard you need to keep an eye out if your dog likes to dig. The bottom of the fence is loose and can be easily dig through if you are not watching.
