There are great ponds for swimming and Cow Creek near the back 20 acres to play in, a wetland area has been recently installed by a nature conservation group. We have our space available in case you need a place to train your puppy, just need a place to stop in on your way up north to stretch your pups legs and get something to drink and use the bathroom as well. This is also a good place to teach young pups socialization with other animals if you want to. We will have a huge bonfire going weather permitting and by request if you want to use our place to gather and hang out for a little bit. We are located near the Almont Smokehouse so there's good shopping as well as good eats close by.

Pet owners can unwind at one of our shaded furniture spots or take a peaceful stroll through our garden. Depending on the season, you’re welcome to pick some veggies or flowers to take home. We’ve also provided a convenient water tap at the end of the pool house for your pup’s hydration needs. Please note that while the pool is a beautiful feature of the property, we kindly ask that no pets or people enter the swimming pool. For your peace of mind, I’m often home working on various outdoor projects. If you’d prefer a bit more privacy, just let me know in advance, and I’ll be happy to accommodate your request. We have 6 acres which is a mix of open area, woods and a creek. We keep the lawn cut but do not maintain our woods. You are free to cross the bridge and walk in the woods but it may be overgrown during summer and fall. Feel free to splash in the creek or check out the playhouse. We frequently see deer and other wildlife however they likely will be hiding when dogs are around. Please clean up after your pets.
