Top Public & Private Dog Parks in Clatskanie, OR

This SniffSpot is CLOSED! They canceled their membership over a year ago, communicated their decision,were promised to be taken off the list yet I picked them from the SniffSpot list in the morning on 04/21/25 and went there that afternoon (which was Yesterday). I'm giving them a 5 star review because these are wonderful people. According to the web site I found out and estimated my trip to be 55 minutes making it about a 50 mile trip. But it took me 2 hours a third of the trip climbing a mountain and ran out of gas up there. Theses folks not only were kind hearted they brought me back down the hill right into a gas station! And with a brand new baby to boot. They never complained when my reactive rescued pit started barking at their older son or the husband. They just ignored him and all was well. Thank you Jesus for the good hearted humans on this planet. I will request my money back being I had to double book for I was still on the road durn our first hour and I still had no place to run the pups.

Great place to walk the dogs, there's a nice mulched trail as well as an open space for the dogs to play.

Great place for our dogs to romp! Fencing is strong, hose and water are readily available, parking is safe and convenient, and hosts are easy to reach and very hospitable. We will be back!

Great place for my dog to stretch her legs. Two goats and one point were completely cool with my dog’s fence fighting, which created an incredible training opportunity - thanks animals!! The driveway by the pasture isn’t labeled, but the pasture is on the corner of Swedetown and Clatskanie valley drive. The next driveway is labeled with the number, but the Sniffspot gate is by the unlabeled driveway.

Stopped on the way from Portland to Astoria for my pup to get a nice little break from the car. Wide open field for my herding dog to zoom around! Reliable fence, and very kind host.

This spot is on a beautiful piece of property! The hostess is very sweet & friendly. My pup had a great time stretching his legs here.

Super nice host. The fences is well done. my dogs had a lot of fun playing there. They have both long and short grass which my dogs had fun playing in.

Another wonderful visit! The goats and pony are delightful and my dog enjoys running over to them with her frisbee as if to say “come on let’s play”. Host is thoughtful and considerate. I am grateful they share their field-

We enjoyed our time here. The host was friendly and kind. Nakosi was a little too interested in the goats and pony so she put them in the stalls. The dogs both enjoyed running, sniffing and getting dirty.

Worth the drive, beautiful property, beautiful drive, fence is perfect, tons of room to run! They have a couple goats and a pony too, which one of my pups was enamored with, but they still got plenty of exercise. Thank you for lending your property to us!

Great location and Kyra is very friendly too! There were goats through the fence but they were unbothered by some barks from my dogs and can be put further out of sight too. Pretty muddy so definitely a muck boot situation! Pups had a great time running and sniffing foxholes. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area!
