55My grandpuppy and I LOVED this place! Cute and cozy yard. Seating for humans. Water, toys, bags for pups. The fencing was perfect - high enough for an Australian Shepherd/Cattle Dog and you can see through the slats to the sidewalk and driveway. Very helpful for managing entering and exiting with a reactive pup. You can hear neighborhood doggos and people occasionally, but it was fine because you feel very safe and protected in this spot. Street parking is easy and right in front. Thank you for sharing your lovely yard with us! We'll be back!Maria J.
