it is a nice open area. good for fetch. lots of area around chicken coop if you want to work control around distractions. I used it for practicing attention and walking on a loose leash before going to more interesting animals. I am trying to work towards a farm dog certification. its sorta like a cgc but has tasks, activities, distractions a working farm dog might see. my dog was mr bossy pants so we had to leave early because he was demand barking for his ball and interested in fence barking Did not want the sniff spot owner to have issues with neighbors. Unlike previous reviews i did not see any poop that wasnt outs and I cleaned ours up I assumed that that issue was because it was booked on short notice. It is my policy that if a sniff spot owner lets me book spur of the moment, i expect to help with yard cleanup for the privilege of a short notice booking. There was a toy I saw upon entering that looked like a dead chicken. It fooled me. Lol All in all it was a very positive visit

Huge, beautiful yard that our pups had a blast playing in and exploring! We also got the chance to meet the resident dog (per our request), Sadie, and she was such a sweetheart!

My dog loved the sniffspot but was too loud in his appreciation. I will be back but after he has had more regular exercise as he was a bossy pants with selective hearing

We had a great time at this location. It is a large fenced in (chain link) area with lots of room for a 9 month old golden to run. There were some toys available. A ball that my retriever loved! We could hear a dog barking from inside an adjoining house but none were outside at the time of our visit. Ashley was super responsive for a same day rental request. Happy to recommend this spot for anyone who has a dog who needs room to run. It was just pure joy on my Golden's face as he ran to his little heart's content :)

This is a new Sniff Spot. When we (my pup and I arrived) the property looked very nice and welcoming with lovely fall leaves for my pup to romp in. There was a pup next door in a fenced area who greeted us. The fenced entrance gate was secured. Unfortunately I was having a problem with my knee and couldn’t keep the appointment after all. The owner, Ashley, came out and asked if she could be of assistance. I encourage you to check out this spot. It looks very nice.

Great yard to enjoy on a beautiful day! My dog enjoyed sniffing the entire yard and something behind the sliding glass door kept her busy. Blinds were shut so I don't know what it was. Perfect amount of room to play fetch, water with ice cubes was available, and a chair for me to relax in. I knew it was worth it when she actually laid down on the grass!

Very nice yard! She had a big bowl of water out with Ice in it! and even treats for the boys! Thanks for sharing your space!!!
