If your dog is accident prone or gets into shenanigans easily, refer to the photos provided and see if it’s the spot for you— there’s a campfire pit and chicken wire under the deck. My dog enjoys the variety of small trees, the campfire pit rocks and going up and down the steps to the deck. It’s a yard that gets good use, so be mindful. 55Beautiful yard with a nice mix of sun and shade. Perfect size yard for my two hounds to explore off leash but still have them within my sight. The off street parking/entrance worked great for unloading two dogs. They had a great time! Angela M.

Some dog walkers in the neighborhood but fence contained my medium dog when dog walked by. Definitely would be safe for littler dogs too. The fence is secure. The entrance and parking are very nice, easy to find and access. I showed him the couple gardens in front and told him to stay out, not a problem. I also really liked that there are chairs I can use. We played his game of HideNGoTreat, lots of places to hide treats, including a really cool tree. It's in a very convenient spot in Lincoln Park area. I made sure to clean up after him and put the chair back before we left. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
